The fabric of my merino t shirt laddered after a single wearing. EDZ replaced it, but the replacement immediately did the same thing. Then the replacement replacement did the same thing. The shirts are just poor quality, but EDZ will not refund saying that the fabric was "torn" (which it wasn't) and "therefore" not covered by warranty. I'm taking my custom back to Icebreaker.

Ordered a pair of gloves, received the package on the third day, Speedy delivery.
Product is the liner gloves. Very comfortable feel warm, going to test them out today.

Both 135GSM T-shirts purchased are unusable within a year. The underarm seams have disintergrated and one T-shirt has a hole almost big enough to fit my hand. Extremely disappointed with their quality since I have a boxful of almost every EDZ product going back several years and which were all high quality. These are made in China and have extremely disappointing quality control.

Excellent service and I am very pleased with the high quality, good value products. Easy 5 stars from me but I was just disappointed with how much plastic everything came wrapped in.

Contacted them regarding mixing boxer short colours and they said leave note in description box and they would sort it but still got 3 the same colour, notes are obviously not looked at on purchase orders the size runs small so I would recommend you go one larger quality is average waist band rough would not use them again

Bought some merino socks for a trip to Spain adventure motorcycling. Despite the heat the socks were superb. Kept feet comfortable and coped with several days wear in between washes without any odours etc. 1 pair had a tiny fault and customer services were absolutely superb replacing without quibble immediately. Best motorcycle socks I’ve ever used!

Anyone looking for Merino wool accessories this is a great company with excellent items and matching customer service.
All products ordered are received quickly, no less and no problem seems too much for them.
A great company to use and great value for money when looking to keep yourself warm on any walk.

I've just received EDZ merino glove liners, A1 quality and perfect sizing.....what more could one ask for?

I was seriously impressed with the EDZ merino wool briefs, that I used during my 1200 mile Lands End to John O'Groats and 3 Peaks walk. I have now purchased some more and numerous other products from EDZ. I have been pleased with everything I have purchased from them. It always arrives on time and is good quality. I highly recommend them.
