We had Darren, Simon and Cameren come to fit 8 Windows today, very professional fit, very happy with the windows and cleaned up after themselves

I've just had my 25year old windows replaced by Jack & TJ and they look so good! The guys did a brilliant job. They arrived on time and covered everything up with dust sheets. They were very professional throughout and really worked well together. I never intended to change my windows yet but a simple door knock led to this. I never usually entertain this approach but the whole experience, from quote to survey to installation, has been very smooth. I would highly recommend them. Jack's choice of music was really good as well.

As mentioned on the phone, we would not make a decision without the other party having seen the items first. The initial conversation could be undertaken with one party and if one wanted to proceed with the order, a follow up meeting with both parties could be initiated. Also your website is down, I wanted to ask you to remove my details from your system and do not waste my time by contacting me again.

There was nothing 'kindly' about either call with your company. It was rude, and very odd not to even consider this option. To note, we would never purchase anything on the spot without taking time to mull it over.

We were door knocked in October, we were happy to arrange a call as we were looking for some double glazing. However, I'm receiving the call. I was informed that they would not be allowed to come round and discuss the double glazing measure up or any aspects of it unless both myself and my husband were at the meeting. My husband works incredibly long hours and it's not possible for him to be there. We were not going to purchase anything on the spot so he didn't need to be there. The man on the phone Said they didn't do meetings with just one party as they had had a previous issue with an order being incorrect due to both parties not being at a meeting and agreeing on the order.
I told him it was not possible to have an initial meeting with both myself and my husband and that I would be happy to meet get a quotation and then if we decided to move forward, both my husband and I would meet with them to clarify the design etc.

Fast forward to today, I receive a call from a rather abrupt almost rude man, quoting at me trading standards acts on both parties being at the meeting, despite us having received several other quotations from companies with only one of us at the meeting, I'm sorry but if you want someone's business that is not how you speak to somebody and he ended the call with - Well you have other quotations then.

In view my view they use this tactic so they can hard sell to both parties and get the sale done and dusted at the meeting.

I would avoid this company. I'm surprised they've got any customers if they speak to people in this manner.

Overall very satisfied with the job 🙌 Everyone was so kind and efficient. Ethan quoted us for the windows and Darren, Simon, Cameren and Luis did an amazing job with fitting the windows and left the house spotless. Would definitely recomend to anyone looking to have fresh new windows

I couldn’t be happier with the service from EE Glazing. From start to finish, the team was professional and friendly. The consultation was clear and honest, with no hidden surprises, and the installation was carried out to a good standard. The only quality of the glazing has made a huge difference to our home, it’s warmer, quieter, and looks great.

The fitters arrived in good time, worked efficiently and left the inside tidy. Only thing I can say was slightly annoying was the mess outside the home, but to be fair, the day they fitted the windows it was very bad weather.

We didn't know what to expect. We had never heard of the glazing company before and don't usually accept cold callers. When Ryan and Niall turned up to fit the windows, they were very professional, courteous, and tidied up after themselves. We are really pleased with the windows and the quality. We would recommend it to anyone.

We’ve just had our conservatory roof replaced by the company. We had Tony & Tom come to do the fitting & labour. They were very professional, turned up bang on at 8.00 am on the dot both days as scheduled! Worked fast & thoroughly! They finished the job with time to spare! Polite, friendly & respectful. Even went out their way to help & advise with things they didn’t need to. Very happy with the results! 🥰

These cowboys promised to start work 6 weeks after we paid.

12 weeks after we had paid, they came to do what was, according to the salesman, a 2-day job.

5 days later they still haven't finished which means I have an internal paddling pool for at least 2 more days, unless they work weekends. Currently we do not have a definitive date for when somebody will turn up to continue the work.

The window in the roof that was partially fitted on Wednesday, wasn't made waterproof before the lads left site in the early afternoon. As a result, I now need a replacement floor in the conservatory and at least a redecoration in the kitchen. I'm hoping the water running down the walls doesn't get into the electrics.

We have been phoning repeatedly since Wednesday but nobody has answered and messages to call back have been ignored.

Yesterday, an email was sent listing all the current known defects with photos and videos. This email was read at approx 1030am today and as of yet, 1630, there has been no reply.

I'll spend the weekend paddling through my kitchen/conservatory whilst trying to avoid all of the drips and you do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys.

Pushy salesman calling from with-held number, not prepared to quote me for 1 door? I have to have other things replaced too?

Jack & Chris were very professional and polite. The product fitted exceeded our expectations which is wonderful. You could feel the difference immediately.
I genuinely didn’t realise how much cold that was getting into the house until after it was fitted..

The window fitters we fantastic! Darren, Simon and Cameron. They were very professional and fitted the windows with great speed and efficiency. Very friendly chaps.

Either it is incompetence or blatant misleading. A key concern I had was increasing the amount of light coming through the door. The door was made in Germany and was of excellent technology. Both the salesman and surveyor indicated I would get 70cm of window width, double checked with them both. Installation of a generic PVC door made in Norwich with a width of only 60cm, smaller than the previous door, which over the length of the window is 1.24m2 loss of light.

So I wouldn't buy again because they don't listen. You won't know what you are really getting. Salesman didn't have any photos or guidance to show the stock standard item.

Of course, according to the terms and conditions, they could deliver a Sheep, and I wouldn't have a claim.

I'm super disappointed; the back office apologised. I have to live with it. Experience is not worth the money.

The Team, Darren, Simon and Cameren, arrived promptly and worked solidly from 8am this morning to replace our windows. They worked efficiently and cleared up beautifully until it was dark. We would highly recommend them if you decide to have your windows replaced.

Having battled with old windows that leaked, broken handles, openers that fell off the hinges and steamed up glass, EE Glazing were working in the area and we allowed them to give a quote. Jack came and explained everything to us, demonstrated the windows and gave us a price that we were happy with. I explained once I had a quote I wasn’t going to be pushed into making a hasty decision, which was respected!
Surveyor came around, apologies I don’t remember his name but he explained what the job entailed and said it would be done in a day.
Darren, Simon, Cameron and Lewis came to do the fitting. They arrived promptly, were lovely to deal with and were respectful of our property, using dust sheets and tidying up.
Very happy with the finished result (9 windows and a patio door). Having used a local installer before who let me down with post sales issues, we decided to go for a bigger company this time. Time will tell on the product but very happy with service to date.

Had a bay window fitted. The glaziers worked so hard, so professional. They made tge window water tight as they had to return for another day, they hoovered and cleaned behind them. The window looks amazing! Will use them again if I need to. Thank you for a brilliant service.

constant spam with phone calls, will not take no for a answer, ive asked to be taken off the contact list 6 times but still get pushy salespeople calling me weekly, considering a gdpr request to be forgotten.
