Account update
I needed to cancel an efax number being billed to me for a Business that I no longer needed but I also wanted to ensure I kept my overall account for if I needed to set up an efax for one of my European locations in the future. Stefan dealt with this effectively in a few minutes and was very personable, which makes the whole customer service experience that much better, as trust me, it is becoming harder to find a good customer experience or them to even understand you these days (I'm British English native speaker), even when you are calling to make a query or change to your account as opposed to a complaint!
