Sadly had to cancel our contract after many years of excellent service. 18 years, I think. As a start-up company, the ability to trade faxes was essential, we could not have done without it. Now we are winding down. Thankyou, eFax for many years of service. Thank you, Anne, in particular, for a very courteous and - I might almost say, delightful - chat over the chat box to close our contract, which was done most efficiently.

Such professional customer service

I had a problem sending a fax by email but it was resolved quickly by customer service although I was charged a few dollars extra because of the fax number

As always EFAX provides a great product for it's customers.

Had assistance from Nicoleta . Dealt with my query efficiently and professionally . the only reason 4 stars and not 5 which does not reflect on NIcoleta's performance was that i was on hold for 55 minutes before i could speak to anyone . Perhaps this was due to the time of day .
