I sign in with the trial but realized I wasn’t ready to really commit to the program so I did not want to continue. The app seemed well planned and presented very well. If I was ready to commit to the program I would find it very helpful. I got charged a fee for continuing past the trial time and charged a fee for one month. I wrote the company to cancel my Prescription. They responded immediately to my request and refunded my payment. With this quick response I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism that was shown.

I signed up for this service in March and have never logged in or accessed any part of the product, as I’ve been in the middle of a house move. Despite this, I discovered another direct debit of around £35 had been taken today, just as it was last month. I contacted the company within 20 minutes of the payment leaving my account to request cancellation and a refund, yet they refused — even though the service has not been used at all during the three months I’ve been subscribed.
Under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers are entitled to a refund for digital services that have not been accessed, used, or downloaded, regardless of internal policy. Refusing a refund in these circumstances is not only unreasonable but potentially non‑compliant with statutory consumer protections. The behaviour feels deliberately opaque and unfair, and it raises serious concerns about how they are treating customers who have not received any service in return for their payments.

Nordiclets sold me a product based on a 1 month course. You think you get a 4 week program, but oops, you have signed a subscription, without accepting it or that it is stated in the offer. I have written to Nordiclets that I have not signed a subscription and want my €92.48 back that Effecto have debited from my account.
It is funny that you order from Nordiclets, the money has been transferred by PayPal to the company Medical, but I get a negative response about a refund from Effecto
Avoid ordering anything from all 3 companies!!!
You think you have bought a time-limited product and they do not make you aware enough that this is not the case. When you subsequently argue for a refund, this is flatly rejected.

Signed up for what I thought was a green diet plan as a one off. After rejecting masses of offers and thinking that I had dismissed everything, I got charged £79 for a subscription that I knew nothing about and there's no way out. There was no warning that the subscription was about to be charged.
It's very unfortunate that companies conduct themselves in this manner and clearly make a lot of money from doing it. Avoid, avoid, avoid is all I can say and to the company themselves who will point you to their unclear terms and conditions, shame on you!

FRAUDE ! I contacted support on March 10th to cancel my subscription before any renewal.
I received no clear resolution and was still charged on April 7th.
After sending all requested proof and account information again on April 28th, I was charged AGAIN on May 6th (€37.98), despite having clearly requested cancellation weeks earlier.
Support eventually cancelled the subscription only after multiple emails, but refused any refund, even though the cancellation request had been made long before the charges.
Very frustrating customer experience and extremely difficult cancellation process. Be careful with subscriptions and monitor your bank account closely.

I asked to cancel my monthly subscription with immediate effect. I received an email by return, saying my request has been forwarded to the relevant section to be dealt with. I received a very helpful response almost instantly from Nora Abot, informing me that my request had been actioned. She was polite, swift, informative and very helpful. I'm very impressed with the service I received. Thank you Nora.😀

Have tried for a week to unsuccessfully get my money back for this app afer cancelling only minutes after I made the purchase. The only person responding has been someone called Nora. Very difficult to deal with. No luck getting refund

This app has a very fraudulent subscription process. Once they trick you into subscribing, they will take your money afterwards without a reminder or prior notice and slam you with a no refund policy when you question this. Stay off this app it will definitely increase your mental stress with their very unhelpful service.

Nora replied within hours to my request to cancel my subscription. I did not have my order# and she found my account. I had accidentally created a monthly subscription and had been charged for five months that I had not used even once. I was worried it would be difficult to cancel, but Nora Abot made it a good experience.

After asking some clarifying questions, she was able to locate the account and cancel the subscription for me. She then followed up with me providing an update of the steps she took.
