Effecty has been very effective so far. The process is simple and easy and the rates are not bad. Only had an issue with delivery the first time but it was due to the carrier FedEx no fault of effecty . Customer service is very attentive and helpful as well as the doctors/nurses . I love the help I get when I need it.
I love the help I get when I need it or help with any questions, the only issue I have is the website where you have to fill out your dose and next dose and any information you’re supposed to put in isn’t very user friendly. If I skipped putting in a dose I feel it messes up everything and if you try to make it right it just messes it up even more. I wish there was an actual app to fill out all that information or make it easier on the website. Other than that I would recommend Effecty to anyone.
