Love the product, keeps my chain nice and quiet and running smoothly easy to apply, glad I got it!

This newer model torque wrench looks amazing, the click when torque us reached is still identical to the older model but this feels more comfortable in my hand. You can tell the quality if this wrench and I will get the use at the shop with this and soon I will order the larger torque wrench and a couple more to replace our other wrenches in the shop to these new models wrenches to ensure proepr torque on al the bicycle we biuld or work on. Amazing product and highly recommend.

Nothing better on the market. No need to look elsewhere. Meticulously made and of the highest quality. The provided bits are also well made and spot on. The new rainbow finish model is outstanding. A real eye catcher when you are using it. A great responsive company too!!

Had decided to send in a Giustaforza Pro torque wrench sent in for maintenance and re-calibration, as it had been a (long) while since I had one done, and reached out to Effetto Mariposa over email.

What came after was nothing short of impressive, but nowhere near what came after.

Shortly after sending out the email, I received an automated response, stating that the company was on its summer break. A few hours later, Alberto (the founder of the company) reached out to offer more details on what was involved, and what was required at me end. Who does such things nowadays? I struggle to recall a company, who's founder was also on hand with customer communications, and while on holiday. But there you go.

Throughout the entire process, which involved arranging for the Giustaforza to be sent back to the company, which incidentally also saw me buying some stuff off of Effetto Mariposa, so that it could all be sent back in the same shipment, both Alberto and Barbara were insanely (re: promptly, and within a day) responsive and informative.

Again, who does this these days?? My mind is blown.

I bought a Giustaforza 2-16 Pro Deluxe torque wrench from an e-commerce site (not directly from Effetto Mariposa). After receiving it I had some quality related questions which I also brought up directly with Effetto Mariposa. They were incredibly professional, quick and reassuring in their communication and the questions were resolved in no time. It’s not every day you get such a personal and caring response from a company! I’ve got 100% trust in them.

Bought a Giustaforza torque wrench for my bike. Good product (not cheap though). Slight issue, so went direct to the company for advice rather than the retailer Probikekit.co.uk, who just sent a return form.
The service from the people over in Switzerland was top notch. Really helpful and reassuring.
This seems to be a small enterprise so they really go the exra mile.
Outstanding and highly recommended.
