100% SCAM! Ordered the timer several weeks ago which has NEVER arrived. They continue to charge $29.99 to my card and have had to cancel the card to prevent future charges. TOTAL SCAM SITE!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from efficana.com. Just checked website and it no longer exists.

This company is a scam. I did a 1 time purchase of a timer, and they automatically started charging me fraudulent subscription charges for 4-5 months, for subscription I never even signed up for. I've contacted them to cancel it, and they still charged my card two additional times. I had to cancel my credit card as it was the only way to resolve this issue.

I ordered one of their products and it didn't still reach me yet It's Scam don't trust it even their official website isn't doesn't exist anymore.

This is definitely a scam. I paid for goods on 8 September. 4 weeks later nothing has arrived, and the company website has disappeared. Meantime, I've discovered that an unauthorised payment was taken from my account by the same company in late September. I've lost around £80, and now have to cancel my credit card.

Scam - product never arrived. Emailed and they replied but item still never showed up. After reading other reviews I need to check they are not deducting money from account now!!

Scammers. They never deliver anything, but will pretend they do. They still take your money, and then suddenly take more 2 weeks later without any authorisation.
STAY AWAY!

Scam. no products were sent and they kept on charging 30 usd per month. SCAM!

No response, no shipment. Placed an order over 30 days ago. Zero follow up or indication that the items were even being prepared for shipment. Contacted tyhem by email - no response. Avoid them like the plague.

DONOT buy this product this is a scam they will keep deducting money from your account I have review everything during the purchase there is not a single statement that says you will go on a plan or reoccurring payment I have tried to talk to their support they DONOT respond once they know that the payment has been deducted

My husband bought a fancy timer from Efficana on the 31/7/2025. We were charged for the initial transaction and the products never came. Despite 10 emails chasing up support, we get what appears to be an AI generated response email from "Keira" all stating that the product can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Now we have been charged monthly since the initial transaction which we will chase up with our bank to dispute the transaction. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Total scam. They took my payment. Never delivered the product. No customer service. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased this item and the confirmation email stated delivery within 6 to 10 days. It has been over three weeks and have contact customer support three times and no one responds. Ironically, I advise you to not waste your time (or your money).

I saw this on Facebook and ordered one, it said shipping was 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I never received it and messaged customer support. After 3 emails to them over the course of a week, I got no response. Then got another charge for $29.99.

Seems like scam. Surprised they are running Facebook ads.

Scam. The y will charge you a subscription and be u responsive when you try to cancel. Go ahead and call your credit card company.

Don't purchase. You won't ever receive a tracking number, nobody responds to support emails, you won't get your product, and you will be charged a $29.99 monthly subscription fee about 3 weeks after purchase. I've already filed a report with my Credit Card company; don't bother with these losers.

Same thing as others have reported. Been over a month and I haven't heard back from the customer support or received my timer. Now I'm seeing a recurring charge for $29.99 from them as well.

Scam! Buyers beware! Ordered three timers and boxes for phone productivity in August. Never received them. Never received a tracking number. I have send several emails to enquire what was going on. All emails unanswered. Then a couple weeks later received another 29.99 USD charge, which i guess is a monthly subscription. The company has been unresponsive.

I have now filed a claim with my credit card company that's going to take some time. It's just all really frustrating. Don't fall for their instagram ads like I did.

Bought it through an Instagram ad. I’ve been charged every month for the last 3 months. Total scam!

Ordered a timer for $49. Got a cheap plastic piece of junk and a recurring subscription charge for $29.99 a month. This is a scam. I've had to cancel my credit card, remove it from Apple Pay, and dispute the recurrring charges.
