Great customer service from all staff at Eflooring. They listened to my ideas and provided the best expertise for me to make the right choice of flooring. New business start up
I approached Scott and the team with an idea for a new unique business and needed a very specific type of flooring. The team were super helpful from the start and dedicated many hours to ensure the end result was right!!! And it really was!! Communication was excellent from start to finish, Wayne was really helpful friendly and welcoming no pushing to make a decision, Steve the fitter was excellent and friendly too, nothing was too much trouble.

Communication was good from start to finish.
Quality of product and finish amazing.
Only thing I would highlight is the quantity of stuff (packaging and empty containers) left at property once job finished, would have expected it to be taken away.

From start to finish Scott and everyone at eflooring was amazing, there was so much choice that i had difficulty in narrowing it down to one, Scott was more than helpful with samples, knowledge etc, the delivery of materials, the communication, the updates and the fitting was absolutely brilliant, I’ve used eflooring every time I’ve needed a carpet & now Karndean and I wouldn’t even dream of going anywhere else, definitely highly recommend this place 100%! Whole house flooring
They were really helpful and took at lot of their time and advice to ensure I was picking the correct floor for me. From order to completion they were extremely speedy, and the price was really good, made me question the old saying, you can have 2 from good,fast and cheap.

Excellent customer service from start to finish
I cannot recommend EFlooring highly enough. The whole team are knowledgeable and offer advice without being pushy, there’s no unnecessary up-sell. Everything happened on time and communication was clear and easy.
Stephen did a great job with the fitting, he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and the result is we’ve got great floors that tie all the decorating together perfectly

Great company and amazing floor fitter
Stephen the floor fitter was amazing. We used the Invictus floor . Which Stephen the fitter advised us to buy. So thankfully we did. Our floor was all over the place which Steven levelled up . He is a true tradesmen and I would encourage anyone to go with eflooring just to get his skill and his work ethics. A true tradesmen who treats all floors like his own. Well done eflooring . Well done Stephen

Excellent service
Excellent service. Gave great advice about which floor to pick. Wayne was really helpful getting everything fitted before I moved in despite the multiple delays with purchasing my house. Would recommend them and if I ever need to change my floor I’ll be using them again.
