They never refund my money since I returned the shoes

I returned the shoes, and they never refund my money!!!
It is horrible that I got this scam, I paid 170 euro for the shoes!!! I emailed them many times but never get responses back.

Poor quality shoes and bad customer service

Bought a pair of running shoes that fell apart after 5 months. When I questioned whether they were defective, received an email response from John Ellison yelling at me and telling me they don't sell defective shoes. Hmmmmm me thinks he doth protest too much

Total scamers

Total scamers, ordered shoes for my company... Terms and conditions state All prices are gross and include 22% VAT...they sold me advertised price and on invoice wrote 0% VAT. So they sold me 22% higher price and VAT was never claimed. Stay away, I reported them to authorities.

I wanted to share my personal…

I wanted to share my personal experience with the company efootwear.eu (they have an app also) .
I made an order on 17.11.19. Normal item price, normal shipping price (12 euro for eu countries).
The item was dispached the next day.
Everything followed by emails: order confirmation, when the item was sent and tracking number... I received an extra email also by the carrier.
The item arrived 3 days earlier (today). Perfect condition, size and some discount vouchers for the next order.
I was worried reading those reviews and drop them an email on which they've answered. Seems to me that mostly those agents arent english speakers and could seem that they're are cold and short.
Dont be shocked in case you need to pay the shipping also in case of the company's mistake, happened to me with high level and trusted UK companies.

complete rip off and dishonest.

i ordered a size 39 shoe, and was sent a size 38 shoe in a box that stated size 39
i paid £18 postage on top of the price of the shoe.
they offer 30 days return, on website, but fail to mention you have to pay return postage costs yourself which would have cost another £15 to return to poland.
i was also informed they could not offer an exchange for correct size i would have to re-order my size again and pay postage costs of £18 again.
my question is, why would i do this again when i have already attempted to order my correct size in the first place and they just send any random item?
they treat customers as if they are stupid and have no interest whatsoever in practising good customer service.
i am £58 out of pocket with a pair of shoes that do not fit, and they expect me to go through the whole process again.
if they cant get it right first time why would they be able to get it right 2nd time?

update:28/10/2020 as you can see i have finally received a reply over 13 months after posting this review.... and the private message promised.... never received it

Worst customer service accompanied by bad products

Got a pair of Chelsea boots and after about 3-4 months of wearing them, the sole of both shoes just split into two. (Unfortunately I cannot post photos with this review). After complaining via email and sending them all the pictures, they said they cannot process it without having the product. Hence I’ve sent them the boots back and they came back to me saying the compliant is rejected because the “specialist” decided it was mechanical damage. Not sure what that even means, but I think they think people go around breaking their shoes in two just for fun!

Worst customer service i’ve ever encountered in my life, accompanied by bad products!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I emailed after I ordered because I was concerned that I had ordered the wrong size. I got an email and a phone call within an hour and we were able to resolve my question. My order shipped shortly after I spoke with them. If all goes well when I get the shoes, I will definitely order with them again.

Not a good experience.

Don't use this online company. Purchased a pair of Reeboks. Size 12 was way too small size 13 was way too big. All I wanted was a pair of shoe that fit and they couldn't do that. I am concerned about the authenticity of their shoes. I knew their return policy was ridiculous when I bought the shoes but I never planned on returning the shoes... I was forced to when they didn't fit. I called customer service and talked to John but he was rude, condescending and unapologetic. Do yourself a favor don't do business with efootwear.

horrible refund policy

Don't go for this site If you live in UK because they don't have right exchange and return policy , I had to pay €18 for shipping cost to UK then I couldn't communicate with them there is no phone or Skype which is mentioned in site ! refund paper was in German language which was so confusing ! and I had to buy the other smaller size and pay €18 again for shipping and paid £25 to send back bigger shoes to Poland !!! so even if you are looking for Tommy Hilfiger in offer price you will end up paying much more for the cost and no costumer service and exchange and refund ,becarefull If they send you a wrong item you have to pay it back ...

Hardly any response

I ordered there and paid 13 euro for delivery, which is plenty. Usually it only takes a couple of days from abroad when the amount is that high. After two weeks still no delivery and when sending emails to the costumer service hardly any reply and very little information. So I'm still awaiting...I would be careful ordering on the website since I still did not receive my items.
