The overall experience was mediocre this time. I will not go with EF Tours or recommend it in the future. There were many details all over the trip that were negative experience for my daughter. She spent a lot of time waiting for solutions and did not enjoy her trip. Not only because of delays (that we consider out of EF Tours control), but the day to day experience was not good, here are some examples : - my daughter missed an important visit for her because an effective coordination was not there, - She eat vegetables all the trip because she declared, before the trip, that she eats only halal food ... - She did not have accurate explanation from the local toor about most places they visited, because not available or giving succint information ... - ...

It was great to see the amazing architecture and the history of all the different places we went to. Our tour director and bus driver were also exceptional! We could have used more time in the concentration camp but other than that it was a great trip.

Loved this trip, so much history and incredible architecture. Really enjoyed the Alps

The places we visited were spectacular. The local guides were fantastic. The history of the areas was shared very well. It would have been nice to go into at least one church but understandable that some were under construction. Enjoyed the trip very much.

Kids had amazing time. They had lots of fun lots of experiencing lots of things to see.

It was a mediocre experience. Due to strikes, flights were cancelled leading to long additional bussing and missed experiences. The food wasn't up to advertised standard. One dinner was a salad and a potato. Another was a hamburger and fries. One was missed all together due to more logistics problems. Meals should be scheduled in restaurants capable of serving large groups with culturally appropriate cuisine in adequate portions. (Its part of why we pay the high cost of the trip, to experience the countries cuisine). EF can do better, or should charge less.

What a great trip! Culture, history, food! Our students got to see such a variety of places with our wonderful guide Jens.
