Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Ordered the Rollo from egg-master.com and was expecting it to arrive within a week to 2 weeks. It took almost a month to arrive, not leaving enough time to return to the address on the website. When it did arrive, I opened the packaging and saw Chinese writing all over the box so knew it wasn’t the original item I thought I was buying. I promptly sealed it back up, packaged and labelled it to send to the UK address and paid extra for next day guaranteed delivery. I even called the company I was sending it to to make sure it was the right place and they confirmed it was. I had exchanged a few emails with someone from the company who said I was to return it to some address in Tel Aviv, which sounded dodgy to me but after contacting PayPal to try to get a refund, I was told the Tel Aviv address was the one they had registered in their files for this company. I was refunded for the postage of returning the item but because I sent it to a different address than the one on PayPal’s files, I have been told I will not be getting a full refund. I will be contacting the ombudsman to try to get my money back from these scammers.
