I buyed back my things and both…

I buyed back my things and both displays were scratched wich made me think they used my belogings while they were in their possesion and that is illegal . If you go to sell something for that shop they are bot gonna give any receipts for the money they pay . COUNCIL SHOULD FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ! Avoid at all costs . Very unprofessional

Bad experience

Bad experience, they were not able to fix my mi lite that was not taking charge. Initially they said they changed the charging port, charged me 35£ for that and my phone was working fine for 3 weeks when |I had the same problem and took it back. They told me it would take at least a week for my phone to be looked at, plus the time they needed to repair it. So I took it back and booked it in for the week after. The day after they fixed it under warranty saying the charging port (which they changed )was the problem. It only lasted 2 days before again I wasn't able to charge it. Took it back and they said my charger could be the problem, they would keep my phone and eventually change the charging port again for a "good price", without guarantee on how long it would take and how much it would cost. I decided to take it elsewhere. It wasn't easy to find the problem, eventually the second shop found out the charging port was working fine,( it could be because they fix it for me?) , my charges were all working fine, it was the connection wire from charging port to the battery being damaged, and finally got it repaired for good.

I would not take my phone back there again.
