I purchased a card for my granddaughter, but when ordering I didn’t choose gift, so they created a problem. The person that helped was excellent in helping be change the card into a gift. What made me most grateful is I’m not that good with technology using the phone and it took me a couple tries but she continued to have patience in helping solve my problem. Excellent customer service.
