Do not be mislead by this firm, was told 5 days a week 12 hour days, 60 hour week contract 28 days holiday. Received zero hour contract, which included billing for vetting of £200 if I left. Billing for uniform if I left and it was not in fit state. 11.2 holiday payment and your holiday calculated over a 12 week period. employers cannot bill employees for vetting (standard vetting). If uniform returned you cannot be billed. If you work 12 hours then you get paid 12hours in holiday pay. As an employee cannot be disadvantaged for taking holiday. Holiday pay was calculated over a 13 week period never 12 weeks and has currently been raised to 52 week period. Company is the worst i have worked for, totally unprofessional and uneducated.
