Do not be mislead by this firm, was told 5 days a week 12 hour days, 60 hour week contract 28 days holiday. Received zero hour contract, which included billing for vetting of £200 if I left. Billing for uniform if I left and it was not in fit state. 11.2 holiday payment and your holiday calculated over a 12 week period. employers cannot bill employees for vetting (standard vetting). If uniform returned you cannot be billed. If you work 12 hours then you get paid 12hours in holiday pay. As an employee cannot be disadvantaged for taking holiday. Holiday pay was calculated over a 13 week period never 12 weeks and has currently been raised to 52 week period. Company is the worst i have worked for, totally unprofessional and uneducated.

Alan ! Made the whole job an experience! He did the job with minimal fuss ( replacing a window/hinges ) and did it proper ! Lovely fella, give him a pay rise ! Haha nah on a serious note, he knew what he was doing , did an efficient job and it was a pleasure to meet him ! Great member of staff there ! Chelsea

I have been an EGS customer for several years without an issue, but a plumber recently visited my property twice and did not fix a leak under my bath. I called to address this, and coordinate for him to return. Whilst speaking to a director of the company, he rudely and abruptly hung up, and then sent me an email saying “find someone else please- its not for us”. Appalling customer service and no value for repeat customers.

I am impressed with Alan who has worked efficiently to accomplish the tasks set on my windows, balcony door and front door and always on time.

Efficient repair service. One of their workers - Alan - did a fantastic job in my bathroom. He was helpful and attentive when I've explained what the issue was. He was also extremely skilled and efficient. If all the workers are like him at EGS, you're in safe hands. Staff over the phone are helpful too.

Replaced boiler. Clean, efficient and provided an excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing experience with this company. Had a EICR done and was a fair price compared to their competitors. Will be recommending to my friends.
