Switching to eHub has been nothing but great. Their platform is easy to use and is perfect for our operation. More importantly, their customer service is best in class! Could not be happier!

They are a phenomenal company to work with, I would give them a 10/10 if I could! Their pricing is affordable for small businesses, yet they also offer excellent support as your business scales. The customer service is truly unmatched, and their customer portal is incredibly easy to use. Highly recommend!

Terrible software, went to try and reset my password over 20 times!!! Nothing was accomplished. Was simply trying to print out a copy of my pay stub.

Ehub runs very slow. It embarrassing to sit and wait for the signature page to load so a customer can sign it. Sometimes it doesn’t even load. For the last couple of months when you try to clock in it has an extremely long pause and my employees think it’s messed up and they don’t clock in properly. Would not recommend this app to anybody!

Essential Hub may be fine for shippers but not so fine for recipients. The took three full days to move my package 29 miles from Rancho Cucamonga to City of Industry.

Love that we dont have to select service and package type. Rules make the process super easy and works flawlessly if setup correctly.

EssentialHub is "essential" for our Business! We adopted over a year ago and once turned "on", Essential combined all our shipping needs under one easy to manage integrated platform. Editing settings is easy, adding services a breeze and if anything "isn't" working, all we have to do is let them know and they respond. Great customer care and followup but more important, problem "solving". In this day and age, that goes a long way!

Essential Hub was an added benefit with the acquisition of TechShip by Techdinamics. We utilize the USPS and Essential Hub filled this need. It is user friendly and replenishment is automated.

Ehub has improved our shipping process 10-fold. Their setup was so simple and their customer service is top-notch. I feel very supported by their team with all of my shipping needs PLUS they are saving us money!

Essential Hub has been amazing for shipping. The rates are by far cheaper than any alternative that I've used in the past: shopify, pirateship, etc. And, they have dedicated support from a real person who has been extremely helpful every step of the way. I wish I would have started using Essential Hub earlier, but I'm very happy that I'm using it now and saving money on every single shipment I send.
