This company scammed me out of my…

This company scammed me out of my money. First the rep was suppose to help me withdraw. When she saw I had money in my Trust wallet she switched the deposit for the withdrawal. I told her i wanted to withdraw. She said I was. Due to my inexperience, I did as she said and put my wallet money in with my eicol. After several weeks of she wrote me to try to withdraw. I did. I copied and pasted my wallet address. Checked it three times. Pushed continue. Told me Network error. Trust said Network error would not allow it to be sent. But it did and the last digit was missing. No TXID to be found. Would not respond to anything I wrote to them.
