EigenPlectrum.nl is sinds december 2007 een begrip in de gitaarwereld. We willen gitaristen de kans geven om hun eigen plectrums te maken. We zijn hiermee de enige in de Benelux waar dit momenteel mogelijk is. In 2013 zijn we begonnen in landen als: Duitsland, Zwitserland en Oostenrijk. Het doel van Eigen Plectrum is het maken van een zo’n hoog mogelijke kwaliteit van plectrum. EigenPlectrum.nl is een site die de grootste wil zijn en ook wil blijven. Daarom vinden we de feedback van onze klanten belangrijk. We gebruiken tevens het fijnste materiaal en onze eigen gemaakte plectrums zijn het beste wat er op dit moment te krijgen is aan eigen werk. In 2014 hebben we meerdere contacten gelegd over de gehele wereld om meer producten te verkopen. Tevens hebben we eind 2014 veel geïnvesteerd in nieuwe ontwikkelingen en plectrums. Eind 2014 hebben we EigenPlectrum laten registreren als merknaam. Begin 2015 zijn we gestart met het verkopen van glow in the dark plectrums. Tevens zijn we momenteel in onderhandeling met diverse bekende bands en artiesten zowel nationaal als wereldwijd, om eigen plectrums te gaan verzorgen. Zo heeft EigenPlectrum in April 2015 plectrums gemaakt voor de wereldband ACDC voor hun wereldtour Rock or Bust en zijn we plectrums gaan leveren aan Kensington. In Oktober 2015 hebben we een nieuwe printer aangeschaft zodat we nog betere plectrums kunnen leveren. Tevens hebben we de bereikbaarheid verbetert door support te gaan leveren via WhatsApp. Eind 2015 hebben we een aantal nieuwe producten toegevoegd aan ons assortiment. Van Jazz plectrums tot Vintage plectrums. Zo hebben we nu een completer aanbod en voor ieder wat wils.

Got wrong product, can't contact them - SCAM.

AUGUST 2025
Ordered 100 guitar pick KEYRING to give out at a special event....and received 100 guitar picks.
Wrote 8 emails, called over 20 times at all times in the day (phone number goes to message machine, dont believe anyone ever answers it), and finally got an email offering me a 20% discount on my order (how about a refund??...or supply me with what I paid for??), or they send me 100 key chain and I put them on. I replied asking just how am I supposed to drill 100 holes and fit the chains....and funnily enough, no answer.
Wrote 4 more emails and called another 6 times...and nothing.
I spent 120e for have a bunch of useless guitar picks and no solution after spending hours writing and calling. Disgraceful SCAM.
UPDATE JANUARY 2026
Returned the picks in December 2025 via registered mail, asking them to be finished and returned. NO reply, NO product and NO answer to my emails or calls.
Incompetent & dishonest.

Your order is from August 2025, that's correct. You message us at September 5. Then we give you a 25% discount because of this issue. We never heart anything again from you until this review. We also didn't received any returning order to us. Otherwise we would have contact you directly. Would have been nice that you really send us this amount of messages so we could get a solution for your problem. Even it's an order from 7 Months ago already.

Terrible Customer Service & Messed Up…

UPDATE: 4.5 weeks now and still no response from them for the mistake they made. Filed a case through Paypal and finally got my refund. Terrible Customer Service & Messed Up My Order. They did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact them about my order. I filed a case with Paypal to get a refund.
It took 24 days to finally receive my order and they messed it up. They sent the wrong size pick. It was supposed to be .48mm, and they sent .88mm. I contacted them again. However, I will expect not to hear from them. I will have to get my money back through Paypal. BEWARE.

At the end of the day: no picks

Unfortunately the guitar picks we ordered never arrived. After 5 weeks of trying to get in touch with Eigenplectrum (with 0 response) they finally responded that they had sent the package twice and that they would refund since it hadn’t arrived. Which, to their credit, they promptly did. But that is not what we wanted: we wanted the tracking number so we could trace the shipment. Despite multiple requests, Eigenplectrum never responded to this, and so we are left without the items we ordered.

Sorry for this. You ordered with "Normal Postage" to Qatar. We send the first order like usual within 24 hours. After 7 days we received an email that it wasn't received yet. So we did send a reprint extra to the given address. That was also not received and you received the refund directly. With tracking code it was more expensive as you can select in our delivery options, but normal postage was selected to it's send with regular post.

Not worth the hassle!

Ordered a small item as a Christmas gift back in December. The product arrived on time and the quality seemed good although it was not what I had requested. Hence I got in touch and asked for a refund. Still to this day I have not received a refund despite numerous emails backwards and forwards! Even these emails seem to stop after a while and you have to keep chasing the query yourself. I am completely unsatisfied and will not be satisfied until my money is back in my account! Unacceptable really.
