Safety-rules top

I didn´t trade with 8cap but sent money and could take it out soon - and for safety reasons they asked double to confirm my withdrawal - so very good ;-)

I don't what happened with the withdraw…

I don't know what happened with the withdraw but I can't withdraw my money but its easy to deposit and I have been trying to contact the customer nobody answer my mail I just start with 8cap and its look a scam!!!!!!!!

Partner Commissions

I have been a partner with the broker for more than four years and I have referred more than 400 plus clients for the company all in good faith and I have never done anything to break the trust with the broker however recently they closed my account and withheld my balance of 1200 USD. I did not do anything to deserve this as i have no control over what the clients do with their trading as i do not know nor interact with the referred clients directly. I have tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. I even told the team to pay my remaining balance and close the account completely but nothing.

Massive Scale, Glacial Payouts: The 8-Hour Waiting Game

Nice try with the generic 'we don't know you' script, but let’s be real—this is just a blatant attempt to cover up and save face in front of other potential customers.
I have a paper trail of emails where I explicitly stated I would be leaving an honest review regarding your payment delays. To pretend you have no record of our interaction now is honestly insulting. Instead of trying to look good for the public, you should focus on fixing the actual issues I’ve been emailing you about. You know exactly who I am and exactly what the problem is.

Demo account

I escalated my account to be verified ASAP cos I wanted to set up demo on tradelocker .
I got verified but was not given a demo account.
Stil waiting on that now. Prior to this i was told south Africans cant use eughtcap but chat gpt verified we can. N i went through another agent n they assisted me. Its too many delays on opening account
