Lack of timely response and failure to work with customer on issues

It has had no impact on improving my sleep. Its an extremely over price bed warmer, before I get in bed. (The only nice thing). The overpriced subscription lacks many features, and I requested a data export, and never got it.

App is not intuitive at all.
Also when they claim they sent you an email frequently it’s not “entirely” try.

I got scammed out of my bank account, and they said they'd pay the full amount back. So for what are you guys holding $30 for yourselves? Weird company.

Set up was incredibly easy - this is an amazing use of technology. Both my husband and I are sleeping better due to Eight Sleep. It's expensive but worth it.

My bed is always the perfect temperature, I love it so much. We got the Eight Sleep because my husband was having issues with his sleep and it’s been truly life changing for him.

The first two weeks I had it I was literally arriving from Japan so I have jetlag.
These last days as my sleep clock back to normal the feeling and the data of my sleeping had improve.

Still the data from garmin is more accurate than your app.
If I sleep with two dogs everyday, affect the data you recolect?

I love getting into a warm bed and waking up to the cozy warmth! I also have been extremely pleased with how it has been cooling at night (i used to wake up very hot at 3:00 a.m.) My sleep has been longer and deeper and I generally wake up feeling more refreshed. I also look forward to going to bed!

Best sleep I think I've ever gotten!
The app helps adjust to your own body's temperature so your sleep is uninterrupted and recovery is high. It's very cool and constantly updating to your personal needs, it's honestly very wonderful if you have trouble sleeping or sweat a lot during the night.

It’s been a great experience thus far. Easy set-up and almost immediately better sleep.

Customer service is next level excellent by my experience with 8Sleep. Their Pod 5 product is new to me, but so far it is life altering in the best way possible. Small issues I have had so far with shipping were quickly and professionally remedied. Hey, no one is perfect, but 8Sleep is among the best I’ve dealt with regardless of any hiccups.

Controlling personal heat/ cool atmosphere is amazing. No more night sweats for me and no more chills for your partner. Regardless the efforts on a compromise bedroom temp, it was never good. Eight Sleep makes it perfect for both!!! Analyzing sleep patterns has been extremely helpful. Purchased the pad and the blanket. For someone unaccustomed to sleeping under a cover it has taken some getting use to. Would like the pad/blanket to be available in a color other than black.

Good while it worked, but far too expensive for the reliability. I bought my Pod 3 in February 2023 for over £2,000, followed all the maintenance guidance, and it still failed after only three years. For a premium product with a subscription on top, that is very poor durability.
When it failed, the only support offered was a replacement (at a discount, but still very expensive), which did not feel like a fair outcome. I expected a return to base service / parts replacement at the very least (at a realistic price). The eco waste from replacing the whole unit and cover every three years is terrible. The sleep experience was good when the system worked, but I can’t recommend it based on the cost, lack of repairability, and short lifespan.

The pod5 drastically improved my sleep quantity and quality. I had difficulty with temperature regulation that the pod5 regulates very well. The autopilot feature seems to help, but sometimes I have to adjust the temperature myself.

Set up is a pain in the ass.

We are definitely sleeping better. We no longer wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot and throwing blankets off of us. We purchased the 8 Sleep cover and blanket and base. We enjoy the white noise. We think the app could use some enhancements (e.g. we have to manually start the white noise every night instead of scheduled). The data it gives on sleep performance is good but could be better; love the text summary it sends.

What difference the 8 sleep makes! My sleep is improving every night. I look forward to bed now. My husband and I have a friendly competition for the better sleep score. I do wish it and the app were more affordable for more to enjoy.

Great service when I returned the blanket, since it was not comfortable for me. Happy with the pod itself
