If something goes wrong, you're on your own

My overall experience with Eimele has been consistently frustrating.
Over time there were multiple issues: damaged products, billing inconsistencies, price increases without clear notice, and confusion around subscription changes. While individual problems were sometimes eventually addressed, they were rarely handled well. I repeatedly had to follow up, clarify, and escalate matters just to receive a proper response.
Communication was the main issue. Emails were often partially answered or misinterpreted, requiring further follow-ups. There was little sense of accountability or genuine customer care. I never felt that anyone was actively trying to resolve issues smoothly or take ownership of mistakes.
Mistakes happen in any business. What matters is how they are handled. In my experience, if something goes wrong, you are largely left to manage it yourself and the process becomes unnecessarily frustrating.
Based on this pattern, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This company has gone downhill

This company has gone downhill. Customer service is terrible, and I ultimately had to cancel my subscription. I’m not alone—many others online are reporting the same experience. It used to be good, but now it’s just disappointing.

Super unethical company - steer clear

If you asked me a few months ago, I would say I love these supplements and had been happily ordering for many months. But this year the customer service has become ridiculously bad, and I can see other reviews saying the same. I cancelled my subscription and they kept charging me... and then refused to refund me because apparently I hadn't cancelled it - so they classed it as a 'change of mind'.
I have never written a bad review online but after so much wasted time and money, other people should know.
Really dodgy, steer clear. Such a shame as the supplements were good.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They stopped sending a reminder that payment would be deducted from your account and send a subscription without you being notified first. Every other subscription company manages to tell you if your subscription is coming up. Disgraceful and no response from customer service. Will be ending my subscription.

Wildly unethical company

I have had a subscription for eimele vitamins for ages. It's not cheap by any means, approx. $150 per month. No matter what you might hear about these supplements, eimele is such a wildly distrustful and unethical company that I would seriously question any of the claims they make about their products.

They take virtually no responsibility for incorrect shipments, damaged products, duplicate orders, or the many other issues I've had with them as they changed ecommerce platform - their customer service is terrible. The latest issue was that they shipped the product to the wrong address and are simply saying that they have no responsibility for where the product is shipped to.

Their prices also fluctuate without rhyme or reason - so you might sign up for a $40/mo. subscription, only to see it jump to $55/mo. after a month or two. When asked, emeile simply says that you signed up for a subscription, not a price guarantee.

When a company lies and cheats to sell product, I begin to question the integrity not only of the company, but the products.

Very poor service since moved from Australia to UK. Cancelled my subscription 2weeks ago but they are still sending. @SimonHill, if you’re still involved with this mob get them to address their customer service.

Appalling company

Appalling company.
First, the initial delivery takes a weeks to receive (after also failing to deliver to home address, so have to go and pick it up from some drop point). Then, on numerous occasions, I have had the wrong items delivered and the right ones omitted.
Then customer service takes days to reach.
Then another few weeks before the right products arrive.
By that time the next subscription is ready and they are deducting more money from you account for products I haven't even received, let alone used / seen any benefit from.
I've tried a few times to give them another chance, because their multivitamin is backed by science, however I am no longer willing to support their business and will look elsewhere.

Sad to see a previously good company destroyed bad customer service..

So sad, I used to love this company, they had a takeover and now they have No customer service at all. They sent an order to an address I hadn't used for over 2 years, the order was returned to them, but they have not forwarded it to me, and have not refunded my money, nor will they just send me a replacement order. They keep saying they will get back to me but never do...... Will definately never use them again.

I used to love this company until they…

I used to love this company until they changed ownership. They sent my order to an address they hadn’t been using for 2 years. Trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare they state they will pass it on to the customer support team and you will hear in 1 - 2 days then you hear nothing as they put complete on your query. Just to make matters worse they deducted another payment from my account over a month after order was cancelled (even though no order was sent)

They want your money and you can't cancel an order on their website. The website is not working properly but they don't care. I've bought a lot of things online and this is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. DON'T BOTHER.

Worst customer service experience I've…

Worst customer service experience I've ever had with a service before. Was charged twice for an item however only had an order record for one on my account, contacted the service twice and was told they couldn't give me a refund stating that 'both' items had been dispatched already however I had no record of the second order or postal tracking for said order. Advised they would send me an email with these 'order details' that I had no record of and was placed on hold for an hour just to be provided with an email with no actual order details on it. Asked to speak to the manager, was told that the manager was not available. Asked for the manager to contact me as soon as possible- customer service rep pretended that they all of a sudden couldn't hear me. Would not recommend engaging with these guys at all.

Zero communication

Wow BE AWARE of the company. I rarely write up any review and I wish I can give less than one star.

I was told two different things from customer service. One saying that you could return your item once you have received it and the other saying they don’t receive any change of mind items. This is fair given that it has been outline in their policy.

Not to mention the background noises, I could barely hear the staff who was talking to me but only a bunch of people celebrating birthday. In an office during business hours?! I bet they just couldn’t wait until lunch break and need to ensure their clients are aware about it too.

Their approach in confusing their customers is great so good luck if you have to deal with them.

Poor subscription service

I’ve been a long term subscriber and love the products, but the service the last few months has been really poor. The website states delivery is within 1-2 days but it’s more like 2-3 weeks. My last subscription was charged but after 3 weeks it wasn’t dispatched. After emailing for a week, it turned out that the issue was they’d discontinued one of the products. They did provide a refund, but I still wouldn’t subscribe again.

The best multivitamin out there

Eimele is hands down the best multivitamin out there. Membership management is so easy and I am always topped up. Can honestly feel the benefits on my performance and recovery each day.

Poor Customer Service, No Response

Liked the Essential 8 vitamins but ended up acquiring more than I was consuming through recurring subscription. I have attempted to cancel (planned temporarily until I caught up on what I have), but forgot password on site does not work. I have written many emails requesting help only to receive no response back for weeks. Frankly, this is ruining my experience with Eimele. Not sure I will ever resubscribe.

Good product Bad customer service

I enjoyed a few months of my subscription, then my 4th order was Lost and not replaced for 3 weeks. After that my next order had an additional $10 added for shipping. I’ve emailed the company a total of 4 times with no response to any of my inquiries. Now I can’t seem to cancel my subscription. Like the product but customer services not so much😆

Essential 8 is great/ Prenatal tastes fishy

I like the essential 8 suplement and I am vegan. Even though I've only been taking half doses each day for almost a year now, my nail and hair health have significantly improved. My vitamis B12 level and iron was in the green in my last blood test as well and the taste is very pleasant.

However, I've started the essential prenatal, and they give me an alege/fishy taste in my mouth. I keep burping up that smell/taste. Not very pleasant in that regard and I doubt most pregnant women would be able to stomach it. I am just taking them as a preconception so I can at least tolerate them. Will be looking for a different brand for pregnancy supplements.
