They take your money, promise a follow up then nothing. Website doesnt work - had to use different platform to communicate with consultant.
Was very happy with consultation but was promised a follow up a week later.
Still waiting. When you raise an issue they bury their head in the sand.
Don't waste your time with the chat option either. Ask them a question that is more than can I book an appointment and they disappear.

I used this service for the first time and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with this company. From start to finish it was such easy communication, friendly, understanding, efficient and any questions or anxieties I had were dealt with immediately. I received an appointment very quickly. Everything was explained to me and I was never left waiting long or worrying. I dealt with Dr Paula who was a pleasure to talk with and eased my mind and explained everything thoroughly in a gracious and polite manner. I was treated as an equal human being and having all this consultation from the comfort of my own home made it stress free . Any stress or anxieties I had were dealt with in a compassionate and kindly manner. I wish I had known about them before. Also, everything is completely confidential. Only give two months prescriptions for adhd medication so you have to keep paying them for prescriptions was every 3 months doctors can give 6 months at a time and they say it's a controlled drug ive never once talked to a doctor there only a receptionist

The guidelines you mentioned are in place for a reason. As a controlled drug, ADHD medication is subject to strict regulations from the HSE (Health Service Executive). The prescription we send to your pharmacy is legally only valid for a two-month supply of medication. Your pharmacy will be unable to dispense any more medication after this period, even if the prescription was written for a longer duration.
This two-month rule is in place to ensure patient safety and to help us comply with national guidelines. We understand this may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to provide safe and effective care while adhering to legal requirements.
We apologise for any miscommunication or inconvenience this may have caused you. We are also taking your feedback about our reception staff very seriously and will address this internally to improve our service.

How healthcare should be in 2025
Healthcare should be easy to access, affordable and relevant to patient needs. Eirdoc ticks all of these boxes and provides a frankly refreshing alternative to the Irish medical system.

Really disappointing service that's…
Really disappointing service that's closed for chat or phone personnel at 3pm on weekends. The very reason we go to your service is for out of hours care. When there is an issue with the service we are looking for and have paid for, we should be able to contact a person who can resolve it. Pharmacy did not come up in the drop down menu and couldn't enter its details manually, and as well as that the prescription did not come through in time before the pharmacy I was forced to go with (which was a pharmacy I had left and didn't want to use) closed. A total waste of hard earned money amd a dose of frustration on top of being unwell.

Patient Care is inadequate.
Customer service was easy to access, appointments readily available. However the consultation and care provided left a lot to be desired. After requesting a video consultation, I received a telephone call. The doctor sounded to be in a moving vehicle as if commuting somewhere else. When describing what my consultation was for, I was asked “what medication would you like”,- I feel like the onus should not be on the patient to know what medication need to be prescribed for a specific scenario. When the prescription was sent, the form and dose of one of the medications was not appropriate and when the pharmacy requested this to be corrected, they were told that the doctor wouldn’t be available for another 24 hours. Really not good enough when dealing with patients who are potentially unwell.

You can always get an appointment that day and the prescription in the pharmacy within 30 mins after your appointment. It’s fantastic . I highly recommend to all friends and family!
