On February 18 I purchased a transmission that was supposed to have 68,000 miles. After my mechanic installed it following the correct procedure (new filter and new fluid), it was discovered that the transmission pump was defective.

When I contacted the company, they first said they would send another transmission. Later they changed the story and said they would refund my money, but only if I paid my mechanic again to remove the transmission so they could pick it up.

I paid again for labor to remove it. When they came to pick it up, they suddenly claimed that a warranty seal was broken and refused to take the transmission back. To make matters worse, they left the transmission in the middle of the street in front of the repair shop where my car is currently disassembled.

At this point I have spent over $6,000 and my vehicle is still not repaired. It is extremely frustrating because no customer pays this amount of money expecting to buy a problem instead of a working product.

Because of this situation, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Florida Attorney General, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE, AND THE PARTS ARE SOLD WITH INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT MATCH THEIR REAL CONDITION

Appalling communication and service and in my case at least, lacking in honesty.
I ordered an item through ebay and a cheaper item was delivered. I was invited to return the item and did so immediately. The returned item that I hadn't ordered was in perfect condition, well padded and packaged securely in a box, however, EJ Parts and Accessories only refunded me 50% of what I'd paid, saying that it wasn't in the original condition.
I can only assume that the company lied about the condition so as to avoid giving me a full refund, and then ignored 3 messages sent through eBay and one email sent directly to their company address asking for an explanation.
I wish I'd looked at the other reviews before placing my order!

Having read a few reviews I was slightly hesitant but all I can say is EXCELLENT superb communication professional to deal with packaged superbly and arrived bang on time 10/10 absolutely zero hesitation of recommending to anyone

I ordered a pressed metal plate and paid the extra £3.99 for next day delivery. Plate turn up a week late and was damaged simply because the packaging was so poor.
It’s probably been used a a frisbee 🥏 at the local sorting office. Well you pay your money and that’s as much as this company cares it has zero customer services if you phone text or email no one will get in touch there not interested in replacing any damaged plate you receive. As the old saying goes by cheap buy twice, save your time money heart ache and effort and go to a reputable company who cares. If you like throwing your money away there quite happy to take it but be warned. 👎🏽

Ordered a number plate on eBay for my classic bike. It arrived bent and chipped.
The quality was terrible and nothing like their advertising suggested.
Applied for a return and refund through eBay. Got a message from eBay saying that ej had sent a return label but they hadn’t.
Emailed ej but they still haven’t done anything. Rang their number but nobody answers. Left a message but nobody came back.
OBVIOUSLY A COWBOY OUTFIT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS.

Ordered 2 number plates in pressed metal .Arrived in good time and good looking plates for the price . Opened them up to find a large scratch across the rear plate ,between each letter at the end . Must have been scratched before it was pressed as none of the letters were scratched . Only on the yellow reflective bit . Contacted them for a replacement but still waiting 2 months on . Contacted them a few times via email and what's app but no joy . Rubbish customer service........

Haz and his team were patient, understanding and transparent with deal. Looking forward to using the car for a long time.
They also picked me from stoke’s station to their office since I wasn’t local. That was a good gesture as well.

Ordered shims on 2 to 3 days delivery as advertised and it took 7 days for delivery. They state short 2 to 3 day delivery to influence buying. I will never buy from them again due to delivery deception.

Beware, this company is a toxic scam.
EJ parts stole my money and never sent the order.
Selling items they don't have!
They refuse to answer messages.
Reported to the police for theft and fraud.
Avoid on eBay or anywhere else

BEWARE – I bought a pressed metal number plate from Ej parts through Ebay. The number plate they sent me had some of the letters out of sequence (instead of stamping PSL the plate letters read PLS).
I gave them the Ebay order number and their internal order number from the receipt – but they conveniently can’t find any trace of my order (Although I can clearly see it in my Ebay account). SO, NO EXCHANGE GIVEN

I ordered a set of number plates. They sent the wrong plates to me. They said that they would get a replacement in the post ASAP. From here on out customer service collapsed. No replacement plates have been received and no reasonable explanation or direct answers to questions. Zero response to email, low response via whatsapp. No offer of a refund. The equivalent of being mugged. I will continue to press the company for either a refund or replacement plates and will adjust this review accordingly should this happen.

Update : on May 3, I received the initial order that I placed.

Number plates were not delivered, no phone number was available, and emails were not answered. Totally useless

ordered part via ebay and realised i had ordered wrong size, requested a return on the understanding i would but the correct size, Ej refused, messaged saying i was happy to pay postage again on top of what we had been charged, Ej refused....... check my other reviews, companies like this one are what give the U.K a bad name....

Total rip off, parts not delivered and no refund sent.
Numerous attempts to contact seller just get tied up with BS computer messages.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY>

No BSAU markings on fully legal plate. Have been asking for a refund for months but repeatedly ignored. Wouldn't use at all - look elsewhere
