The choice I would say is really good
The choice I would say is really good and the prices are cheap compared to local prices. Also the shipping is cheap because some stores charge even 25€ for shipping. The only thing that made it 4/5 is because the shipping took 1 day more than expected and most things are always sold out. Other than that it's great

I couldn't be more satisfied with my first EkoPyro order - shipping was fast, even arrived earlier than it should've, customer service was great and I received all the items I ordered. Packaging was quite tough and sturdy. If I were to really nitpick, I'd love if it was possible to track my package from Czech rather than locally, but they already said it's not possible.
Either way a 10/10 rating from me, EkoPyro is truly the best.

Hello, i placed an order on 15th on december when the shipping was guaranteed before new year's eve, it got shipped on 17th of december and in the mail they sent me there was written to contact them if in 7 days i didn't receive the shipping company mail, and that's what i did, altought the order never came (today is 7th january) and they haven't responded to the mails i sent to them.

This company is very untrustful and looks like a scam. I ordered the product on 14th of December made the payment which was confirmed and delivery was supposed to be on 19th of December. Product never came, no one pick up the phone, no one called back and did not answer to any emails. Do not trust this company they will take your money and disappear.
