However, in order to determine whether the issue is related to the installation, the vehicle configuration, or the seat cover pattern, our technical pattern specialists need to see the actual fitment on your vehicle.
We sincerely ask if you could reconsider sending us a few photos or a short video. Our technical team can often identify the issue precisely from the images and provide the correct installation guidance.
If, after reviewing the photos, we determine that there is indeed a pattern or fitment problem, we will arrange the appropriate solution, including remaking the affected parts or replacing them if necessary. All of our custom seat covers are backed by a 2-year warranty, and we are committed to making sure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

I do like that my seats are now covered…
I do like that my seats are now covered and protected. The back seat bottom had some straps that I don’t think were right. The fit could look better with the straps if it had what was shown in the directions. I emailed with my concerns but no rely back. I even left the seat unlatch for about a week thinking someone would respond back. Not to happy about that aspect.

Got wrong color
Got wrong color. It was custom so no returns or refunds. They offered 30 dollars back out of 500.
Their navy blue isn't blue. Its green.
Call it blue if you want but you'd have to be a color blind idiot to think you're its closer to blue than green. Looks like Gumby got skinned and is now upholstery.

Seats are exactly as described on the website. It took some time to arrive, but looks very good. The only issue and reason from 3 stars is that the back seat does not work for my Tesla. The seat cover interferes with getting the back seat to sit properly on the rails and be secured.

The ties used to secure the linings broke when I tried to adjust them, so the linings couldn't be adjusted and I had to remove them.

Unwilling to provide return information

EKR has finally provided return information, and offered a full refund. We'll see how that goes.
In EKR's response to my review, they have stated that they provided return information prior to my review and I must have missed it.
In reality, EKR provided return information well after my review and their response.
They appear to be doubling down on dodging a customer's desire to return their product. As a bonus, they have requested that I amend my 1-star review since they actually did something once we complained.
Interesting business model.
This is directed at EKR abysmal customer service, not their product.
Purchased seat covers for a Prius prime. The seats are well made but there is no way to install them without risk of damage to power seat controls or SRS wiring. We could have risked binding the seat controls or trimming the covers. Neither was desirable to us.
We have, in writing 3 times, via phone call 2 times, asked how to return these. They send us suggestions on things we've already tried, they say they'll get right back to us with return info. Nothing we've done gets them to tell us how to return their product.
Don't buy from them if there's a chance you want to return their product.

The covers are of good quality leather and fit well. I feel the backrest covers could have fit better (Seemed a little short). The instructions referred to a tool that was not in the packaging. For the price paid, I think the tool should have been included.
