Non returnable.
I am not satisfied with the fit of this cover on my ‘23 2-door Rubicon. I called the California number and realized after the second call that the concerns were forwarded to China when I got middle of the night texts reply’s. I requested to return the cover and was told that it is custom and not returnable. That reply confused me because the site says something different. I did not order custom material or custom stitching or color. My suggestion to anyone looking for seat covers for a Jeep to use an American company like PRP.

The seat covers were well constructed…
The seat covers were well constructed and fit perfectly on my 2023 Subaru WRX. I watched a couple of install videos of the cover so it was easy to figure out what to do even though they didn't have a vehicle specific video available. The end result was fantastic.

I liked that I was able to talk with someone when I needed a question answered. The only dislike or was when I made the initial purchase. I got the response email. My issue is with that response email. It didnt give me a time frame of completion. When I called that told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. That should be included in the response email.

no hassle refund is not true
I called and asked if seats that I am purchasing were OEM and the agent replied yes. When I received I went to a vendor who eplained that these were not and they did not even properly fit. I called and asked for a refund and was sarcastically advised that oops I purchased the special fit and not eligible for a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher and they said theu would transfer but only hung up on me.

Front seat covers fit great. The rears were harder to fit. And after installing made access to the fold down seat cumbersome and the covers would have constantly adjusted
