The quality of product is good but…

The quality of product is good but after 1year I came to know that my head phone one side is not working as I my headphones having 2 years warranty I talk with costumer care service then they said that you get the replacement in 7-15 business days then I ask them for a tracking number then they said that you will get the tracking info in next 2-3 days now it's 5 days still I did not get the tracking, I message them again and again still they did not response, you can buy the product but i did not expected this type of costumer service😞😞

Headphones came damaged

My headphones came damaged. The box came in very damaged, it was dirty, full of dust, and in a weird deformed shape. As a result, the left side has a crackling sound, and when you shake the headphones I can hear the sound of some broken part moving inside the left driver. When I take the headphone and put it on my head, I also hear a crack when opening the headband, always on the left side. EKSA wasn't willing to provide any assistance to solve this issue, even though they advertise customers' satisfaction and a 2-year warranty. This was a bad experience for me and everyone who buys from them has to know that their packaging quality is very bad, with very little or no protecting foam.
I can't say anything about sound quality as the headphones came in defective.
