I ordered a replacement pump for the Ekster suction packing cube as I had lost the original (these are great, by the way, and made of sturdy materials), but my package seemed to be lost upon delivery. I emailed the company, who responded immediately, and addressed all my concerns, and I was very impressed with their customer service. Five star service.

Cardholder Pro - Love it. Doesn’t hold as many cards as advertised but keeps things streamlined. Easy to use and easy to carry around.
The Coin Tray- it’s a snug fit. No way anything is going to fall out! Makes the wallet a little thicker but good for my emergency $20 bill.
The Finder Card -The first two frustratingly did not work at all. However customer service was extremely helpful. Answering my emails within a couple of hours. Sending instructions on things to try. It didn’t take forever to get replacement cards. I was doubtful after the second dud but third time was the charm. It synced with Apple’s Find My in seconds, renewing my good impression of Ekster. My contact was mostly Sol, who was extremely prompt in answering my emails including on weekends, and assuring me they would solve the issue which they eventually did within the month - and no fuss. Amazing Customer Service!

Ekster is phenomenal. The quality and sleek vibe of the product is second to none. Beyond that, though, and MUCH more importantly is the quality of their TEAM and customer service. My wallet fell apart (which happens) and they, within 24 hours, sent me a brand new replacement... it's rare to have this level of personable, kind customer service in this AI run era!

I had some questions on a warranty issue and company was prompt to resolve the issue with a new wallet shipped the next day. I just upgraded to the new MagSafe Pro from the Pro as i wanted something even smaller. I reached out to ask questions via email and on MagSafe and got response within an hour. New MagSafe works great (strong magnet) and even holds the metal AMEX cards firmly.

I had a package from Ekster delivered to my neighbor by mistake while I was out of town and he didn’t tell me until almost six months later. Under the impression someone had stolen the box, I re-ordered my items from Ekster. When my neighbor finally brought me the unopened box, I reached out to Ekster, asking for a refund. Even though it was way past their return deadline, they were professional enough to understand and honored the return with a full discount to my credit card.
Customer Service like this is so hard to find these days. They have a customer for life!

I bought vacuum bags knowing that if i return $10 will be deducted from my refund. I tried at at home before my trip. The bag didnt stay smaller size. I make sure it was zipped up well for seal but it just go back to regular size after 1 to 2 hour. So i returned it. This vacuum bag is more expensive than others that you could get on amazon .

Bought the wallet and like the features and the way the wallet work. However, I tried to activate the wallet tracker, followed instructions, recieve a notice the site was not availble when I tried the link. When to the site for help. No way I could find to contact them and when I went to support, the site sent me to some outside constultant who wanted to charge me $5 for support. Like the wallet, don't like the way the company fails to support the tech.

I received my products ( vacuum bags and vacuum) as a Christmas present gift. I had not been able to use them until 1 month later. I found that the vacuum wasn’t working properly after about 40 uses. I contacted customer support and they immediately set me up with the information I needed to get a new vacuum even though I didn’t have a receipt. I received a new vacuum within a week of my request. No problems no issues whatsoever. Thank you Ekster for this awesome product

I've purchased two Eksters for my husband over the last 7 years.
The first still works well and looks great but I wanted to treat him to the pro version. This product didn't disappoint and is again of excellent quality.
The wallet arrived promptly and well packaged. I also contacted customer services due to an additional item being delivered and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond to me.

The leather is high quality, the design is slim but still holds everything I need, and it feels durable.
This men’s leather wallet exceeded my expectations. The leather feels premium right out of the box—soft, durable, and clearly built to last. The stitching is clean and tight, giving it a refined, high‑end look. It has just the right number of card slots, and everything fits securely without making the wallet bulky.
I especially like pop up ejection button allowing for easy card access. Definitely worth the purchase!

I bought both an Ekster & Ridge Wallet simultaneously online on purpose to compare and choose.
Personally I had no time for the ridge wallet. It’s fiddly and you can’t get the cards out in a fanned sweep. In fact it just strikes me as 2 expensive pieces of metal held together with a band. I sent it back.
I kept the carbon fibre Ekster wallet. I did point out to Ekster it does not hold 7 cards, only 6. All my cards are flat (not embossed) They still suggested it would, but I promise it does not! As pointless as it is I’ve rearranged all my flat cards and of course as expected it makes no difference. Disappointing, that that is wrong…but asides of that it’s an excellent wallet so I’ll give it 5 stars!

I’ve been using my Ekster wallet for a while and I really like it. It’s slim, practical, and perfect for everyday use.
After some time, mine broke, so I contacted customer support. They were very helpful from the start. The first replacement shipment unfortunately didn’t arrive, but as soon as I contacted them again, they quickly sent out another one without any hassle.
That really shows they care about their customers and stand behind their product.

I bought an Ekster wallet from a 3rd party site over three years ago and it’s been through the ringer! The internal hardware recently started defecting and I reached out about the warranty process. I was then reached out to from Paola and she was amazing. Asked all the right questions and was quick, timely and professional! We got everything squared away quicker than the speed of light itself, believe it or not, lol! Julietta then reached out and here I am, explaining that this is the best customer service I have ever received via electronic communication and arguably even better than any in person experience I’ve had. If I could give bonus points and a platinum star, I would!
