Doesn't Work
After much difficulty, I managed to get it installed however once opening I just got error messages. It does not work. I have contacted Elena for a refund and it's been 2 days with no response. Will update my review if they get back to me. Disappointing.

Worked for a couple of days
Targeting Following and Targeting Liking worked - for two days.
Now the software says it "liked media" and even gives a link but when I click it you can see I clearly haven't liked it. I can't seem to follow people anymore and keep getting this message "following_count > bot.max_following_to_follow, skipping!" I have unfollowed people so my ratio is now 107 followers to 53 following so I don't know why it says this. When it did work in the past it would try to follow people I am already following so would constantly say "already following, skipping!" for over an hour. Waste of time. I've had this software for less than a week, so would appreciate a refund unless you can rectify these problems.
No response from multiple emails I sent.

I am still waiting for a response to my message that I sent through your chat option on the contact page. I am not able to install the software on my Mac. I have tried everything. The installer is not opening. I have shared screenshots twice and the system said that the message has been sent to the team. But I have not received any response. Please process a refund for me if you cannot fix the installer and help me out. Thanks!

TERRIBLE SUPPORT - SCAM COMPANY FOR SURE
This company will gladly take your money and leave you in the dark for help. The only way you can reach them is via their bot contact form.
You will receive an initial response but you'll be lucky to get a reply after that. If you do - go buy a lottery ticket because they are useless.
After reading all the other 1 star reviews i'm going to be very hopeful to get my money back.
Anyone considering purchasing their product - be aware! I should've known something was up since it was a one time purchase whereas their competition are subscription based.
