Support for AIO cooler

I had an issue with my AIO making gurgling and whine noises so I contacted support regarding my issue.

They quite quickly told me this was an issue that required me to RMA it. For the RMA process I had to provide some evidence but after that was shown, a replacement was quickly sent which worked perfectly.

Like others mentioned they do ship with FedEx which has personally also given me issues before but in this case it didn't affect me negatively.

Overall, the support team is decently fast with responding and clear with their answers.

Note: Do expect 2-3 days between emails. So the entire support ticket may take some time to resolve.

No Shipping Response

This company was fine back when I ordered directly from their website in 2023. But now the stories are true since it surfaced from last year. Requested a replacement RGB strip for my distro plate and paid through Paypal. Never heard back from them since them since December. I guess I won't be buying directly from them now. Maybe I will buy with other third party sellers with a few here in the US but directly from them in their website? Most likely never again more and more as time goes by. I still like their products but I am going to do my best to stir clear from them and go else to buy from other water cooling companies that are more reputable. Not worth it now.

ek ships with fedex.

ek ships with fedex.. Like the other 50k customers who had bad experience with fedex. They never attempted to deliver and i was home all day, then they claim no one was home. this is not the first time and it usually ends up wit them taking the package back. I would never ever use FEDEX nor would i buy from any merchant that uses them. I will check the shipping details and if its fedex, then no way im buying anything.

garbage "support" team

AIO was fine for about 11 months then out of nowhere failed (presumably to a hose or radiator blockage due to 1 hose being hot while the other not, gurgling fluid like noises coming from the pump, etc.) all documented. Re-pasted the AIO THREE TIMES 1 night and tested with back to back tests showing identical results of 90 Deg Cel CPU temps in medial tasks so I then put the old Noctua NH-D14 on and instantly in 1 attempt I had normal temperatures again. Contacted support and if I were to say they were no help, it would be a compliment. Continually DEMANDED I mount the faulty hardware to make a video of it or they would deny any and all warranty claim which is both absurd, against their obligations and infringes on my consumer guarentees as a citizen and resident of Australia. No matter how many screenshots of results from the incident I sent they ignored it all. Would give 0 stars if possible. Complete garbage team of "support staff"

UPDATE : No shipment with in stock article.

In the end I bought used part of their brand.

They have very reactive support ... I can't confirm if it is efficient yet.

So i am very mixed about this company.

Probably just their main website is not reactive or their staff to ship orders are not reactive.

In the end i don't know if I have to think positively or negatively about this brand.

Ok I can't understand anything to this customer support and this website page.
I asked them if items were not shipped to give me refunds 48h ago.
24 hours ago they told me my package was shipped.
Now they say they cancel my order and will refund me within 3 days.

Definitely the worst experience ever. 10 days to ship when they say it is shipped it is not really shipped and then they cancel after saying it is finally shipped.

Nonsense value : 10000%.

I don't recommend anyone to order on their website.

Ok it looks them 10 days to ship articles (to France) that were in stock.
I am waiting for my package now.

So maybe not a scam, but very slow shipment.

[OLD] Ordered only fittings and a radiator. Everything is in stock but after a week still no shipping.

This brand is a scam I don't recommend to buy on their website.

EKWB failed to ship multiple orders and…

EKWB failed to ship multiple orders and left it in the hands of LMTEK to fix. With it being a foreign company there is nothing anybody can do so anybody in the same boat is left hostage. LMTEK refuses to help EKWB with their orders so I give one star to LM Tek as well. Any order related to EKWB is ignored by LM TEK. Customers of EKWB are treated very poorly and are being robbed. The website still takes orders and they have the products in stock but they still refuse to ship orders

EKWB (EK Water blocks) LM Tek - Buyer Beware

Now I know these pumps are not made by EKWB (EK Water Blocks) themselves but they have a responsibility to
address any issues that may develop over time (at least within 2 years under EU law) should there be a manufacturing
problem - and let me tell you right off the bat that if you have a problem, they will flat out deny that there's
anything wrong and it's all within "their" standards and will refuse to do anything about it. Don't be fooled
by their reassuring fluffy customer support mission statement that is intended to give you false sense of security.

I've had this unit for just about 1.5 years and during that time I've heard all sorts of noises coming
out of it, one being an insanely loud grinding noise, to just plain loud at anything over 3000RPM - if it sat or
was connected to the PC case - now in my ignorance of anything actually being wrong I was able to mitigate
these problems by resting the unit on soft packaging foam and limiting it's Max speed to just under 2800RPM

Problem solved! Or so I thought, 1.5 years in and the thing wouldn't start causing my graphics card to
over heat and force me to do a hard shut down. This is when I realised the pump wasn't working and wouldn't
start.

Got in touch with EKWB customer support to RMA the thing, as it's still under warranty under EU law (2 years)
And they said that all I needed to do was open up the pump and clean it. Which I did, and I found tons of this black
plastic residue coating the internal structure of the impeller and bearing seat where it's rubbing, and sure enough
it worked again, all good so far - but then I noticed that the impeller part of the unit wasn't really looking very
good eg. what I have shown in the photos as internal plastic chipping. wearing of the seat where the bearing makes
contact, horrible moulding, external edge chipping, a dent in the outer shell and rust!

I couldn't believe my eyes and thought there's got to be something wrong here, and there is - it's called balancing,
these impellers have to be carefully balanced to take out any wobble it might have at high speed and if it's even slightly
out your going to get vibrations which lead to wear and noise, ultimately after further use the thing will destroy itself!

Easy fix you might say, just swap out the impeller for a new one? Nope! EKWB (EK Water Blocks) say "Impellers are not available as separate spare parts, and we do not replace them individually." and "There is no functional fault that would qualify this pump for an RMA. This concludes our position on the matter" LOL - It's like the dumbest response to a simple fix I've ever got from anyone - all they had to do was contact their suppliers - Xylem - in this case and send out a replacement part - no need for RMA.

Anyway, if you've read this far, my word of caution is, if you have any symptoms like loud crunching noises or unbearable
vibration above 2800 RPM you may well have a dodgy impeller, open the unit and visually inspect the impeller, if it doesn't look right send the unit back immediately! - personally I wouldn't buy from EKWB (EK Water Blocks) as they are just completely useless as a company, have no quality control standards at all, and they will leave you high and dry on your own.

I placed an order with EKWB and paid in…

I placed an order with EKWB and paid in full via PayPal. It’s been 11 days, and not only has my order not been shipped, but the company has completely ignored all my emails and follow-ups.

For a brand that claims to be premium in PC cooling, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. There is no communication, no tracking, no update—just silence after taking my money.

Buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support. I expected professionalism from EKWB, but sadly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had

Decent products terrible service

Honestly when things work they have good products but when you need services or replacements you get silence. I tried to put a warranty claim for my pc which stopped working about about a month ago. I actually got a representative named Miguel, we tried a few things for trouble shooting and after that first day I have not heard a pep from him. Even thought I emailed him everyday. Now I am put in a new ticket everyday to see if I get any type of response will update if I do.

Avoid this company if you care about getting customer service

EK-Pro CPU WB SP5 Rack Ni + Acetal

I must say, after the first impressions, and reading everything bad about it, the sp5 processor block arrived pretty quick, in about a week, so everything's fine so far. bit of a lack of communication, but all in all it's OK.

I honestly think nobody works here anymore

It’s been about a month and nobody has answered my emails about my order (which still hasn’t been shipped - and is now listed as “end of life”), or answered my direct messages on their social media.
Several items have been listed as “Expected to be available on (X date)” and then are completely removed from the store the day before it’s expected to be available. For the past month (at least), you’ve ONLY been able to pay via sending them a cheque. Their paypal gateway isn’t working and there is no option to pay with card - they have been “performing maintenance” on their store, limiting the payment features for at least a month (When I first visited the site).
For the past month I’ve been desperately TRYING my hardest to throw money at them, but they seem to not want it 🤷‍♀️

Ich habe am 10. Januar bestellt, heute ist der 7. März. Sie verschieben den Termin immer wieder, jetzt wollen sie am 22. Mai liefern. 😂😂😂 Ich habe am 3. März eine Stornierung beantragt, ich werde erneut schreiben, wenn das Geld 1.624,47 € wieder auf meinem Konto ist.

I ordered on January 10th, today is March 7th. They keep postponing the date, now they want to deliver on May 22nd. 😂😂😂 I requested cancellation on March 3rd, I will write again when the money €1,624.47 is back in my account.

Edit 13.03.2025:
Am 12.03.2025 wurde mir der Betrag auf das Bankkonto überwiesen. Aufgrund des Währungswechsels habe ich schlussendlich CHF 31.- verloren.

Nie wieder EKWB!

E.K.W.B No Delivery, Misleading information

Made a $925 online order at E.K.W.B for a few new accessories on October 20th.
Items didn't arrive on the predicted delivery date so I reached out to Support with a support ticket.
No reply for almost 2 weeks until I reached out and launched a claim for items not received through Pay Pal.
Received an Email From E.K.W.B stating that a couple items were out of stock and that all items would be delivered on the 18th of December.
Items Never arrived, contacted them twice more in as many weeks with no reply.
Went to launch a refund claim through PayPal, but the case was closed due to them not receiving a response from me or the seller, this also voided my eligibility to open any more cases on the matter.
Long story short, E.K.W.B mislead me to believe the items purchased would be delivered at a later date just to play me long enough, so I'd not be able to make a paypal claim.

Just don't!
I ordered something, a month later I ask support why it still isn't shipped, no answer for a week, canceled the order, no answer again, went through PayPal to get my money back, suddenly they answers on my first support ticket (probably just to delay the cancelation), I said that I cancel, no answer, escalated buyers support on PayPal, 1,5 months later got my money back.

My order is still flagged as "processing" on EKs website. When I try to open my support ticket, I just get logged out of my account and thrown back to the main page. Even though they where a popular high end brand, this feels like a actual scam or money grab.

They make good products and you could order through a reseller and be happy, but considering that you wont get support if something breaks you really really should avoid buying EKs stuff if you can!

Customer support / warranty

Considering EKWB's latest business issues and rumors about the customer service, I can confirm - that is all true!

One of the fans on my AIO died and I reached out to the customer support to question my warranty on November 22, 2024.
As of today, December 30, 2024 - I still haven't heard back from them.

Please don't order anything from EKWB until they resolve their business issues. Oh, and don't even try to make a refund or sending something back for a warranty repairs / replacement.

Be aware!

EDIT: After 3 months they actually answered to my support ticket - they will be sending a replacement fan for my AIO.
Seems like and I hope that EKWB's situation is improving.
I'm editing this to 4/5 stars because of the long waiting times.
