Bad Customer Service-Rip Off Bill…

Bad Customer Service-Rip Off Bill Reminder Fees

I recently contacted them in regards to the outstanding Bills I had, to let them know that I missed paying on time, and that I will do so in the next few days, to avoide extra bill reminder fees.

Instead of addressing the issue, I got dismissed by Email and one day later got the last reminder of the outstandings Bills, with added reminder fees. This is such a slap in the face and complete rip-off!

And it is very bad customer service too, they should for sure improve that, instead of dismissing customers only to one day later charge extra fees, especially when the customer reaches out to let them know that within the next few days all the outstanding bills will be paid.

But apparently they just don't care!

Significant Increase in Energy Costs Despite Lower Usage

I've been a customer for the past two years, and during this time, my energy costs have risen by over CHF 25 per 3 months. This is despite the fact that my usage has decreased by more than 50 kWh. It's incredibly frustrating to see such a significant increase in costs when I’ve made a conscious effort to reduce my consumption.
I understand that prices can fluctuate, but this kind of increase, particularly in the face of lower usage, seems unjustified and difficult to accept. It’s disappointing that efforts to be more energy-efficient are not being reflected in the billing. I hope the company can provide a clearer explanation for these rising costs and consider more transparent billing practices in the future.

Their EV charging solution is…

Their EV charging solution is completely broken: their app is one of the worst out there, the charging station at home keeps on disconnecting from the internet and their support doesn't do anything at all.

All this for an extremely high energy price and a recurring fee of 12 CHF a month for no reason.

Avoid them if you can, sadly their charging solution was imposed by my landlord and now I have to deal with this low quality company.
