Elanus were fantastic
Elanus were fantastic. I’m an Australian on tour in Italy and needed a derailleur hanger quickly. I was able to talk to them to help identify the correct item and received it in 2 days. They even took the trouble to leave a note for the courier to leave it at the local cafe if I was not there. I highly recommend them.

No spare hanger for my trip
Ordered a derailleur hanger from here on the 1st of June. Website was easy enough to use but still expensive with shipping. While Elanus passed the parcel over to Parcelstars quickly after that if went downhill. As of today (21st June) I still don't have my hanger for a trip I'm going on. This is very disappointing. Expensive shipping within Europe should not take 3 weeks and I now don't have a backup if my hanger breaks. I suggest Elanus uses a different courier.
Edit, Elanus personally contacted me and did everything they could to help, they went so far as to ship with DHL to France where I'm on holiday. I now have the hanger and can ride with price of mind. Issues can happen but I think it's more important how the company deals with them. Very impressed. Thanks

We are really sorry for delivery delay :( it sometimes happens with regular POST and it can not be explained. Sometimes shipments stops moving somewhere and then they appears. Nobody can't influence this process. :( At this moment order is already delivered, but, yes it is too late - 15 work days.
If we would know information that you are going to trip and need backup as soon as possible, we could send another part with expedited shipping which we are offering with checkout if part needed quick and for sure it will be in your hands before leaving to trip. I hope we will be able to fix it by sending you part to your staying location, fullfiling your expectations to have backup derailleur hanger on your trip.

The experience has been so smooth
The experience has been so smooth. When I put my order in, the time of collection of UPS was already past so someone from Elanus called me to ask if I wanted to send through DHL so it would be sent the same day and arrive earlier. 10/10 service and speed. Would definitely recommend.
