Excellent shop
Excellent shop! Found my derailleur hanger easily and the delivery was very fast considering it was delivered to Finland. Very inexpensive parts compared to the original, almost half the price with the additional discount for two pieces. Considering the quality of the service and the very good build quality of the product the rating is easily 5 Stars!

Superfast delivery
I recently broke my bike, and since it was an old model, I was unable to find the specific piece that was damaged. I visited eight different bike shops and repair services in my city, but none of them had the part I needed. Ultimately, I found it at Elanus Parts. The people at Elanus know what they are doing, and they have a huge inventory of derailleur hangers. Knowledgeable advice, fast shipping, and of course the part fits. It's probably a good idea to order 2 hangers so you'll never be stranded again.

Installed it, fits like a glove, perfect.

We really care about every customer experience with us and aim to provide perfect customer service. We have implemented email comunication on every step of order delivery process. So email was sent to you as soon as order was shipped next day after order placed with tracking number and link to carrier. We also sent another email with shipping confirmation and invoice. Maybe these mails was lost in the inbox?
Customers can always contact us if have some questions regarding order, delivery or other anytime via email, whats app or contact form. We reply in an hour during the day or as soon as possible in the morning if contacted during the night time.
