Photos don’t reflect the quality, no customer service

I bought “loafers”. It took them forever to ship it. Shoes arrived with no box, just in a plastic bag wrapped around with a tape.
They claim they have warehouse in US but the product came from China.
After opening, it turned out that the shoes look completely different to the ones on the photo. The ones that arrived look cheap and ugly, and reek of plastic. It’s impossible to contact anyone, no one responds to emails.
Their Instagram has supposedly over 2000 “followers” but hardly any reactions under posts, comments are disabled and they don’t respond to messages.
Very disappointing experience.
