Elara Health and Wellness is a telehealth platform built around medically supervised care for metabolic and weight management. Members are matched with board-certified physicians licensed in all 50 states and supported by certified health coaches who guide the journey from intake through long-term maintenance. Every membership begins with a comprehensive intake and clinician-reviewed lab work, followed by a personalized care plan tailored to the member’s history, goals, and physiology. Our 90-day program arc is structured around three phases — calibration, momentum, and integration — with scheduled check-ins, ongoing messaging access to the clinical team, and adjustments made as the body responds. The goal isn’t a quick result; it’s a durable change in how members eat, move, sleep, and relate to their own health. Alongside clinical care, members can access physician-curated supplement packs formulated to complement their protocol. Each pack is built from a focused formulary of single-ingredient supplements selected for evidence, sourcing, and purity, and shipped directly to the member on a predictable cadence. Elara operates entirely through secure telehealth — no clinic visits, no waiting rooms, no commute. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, no enrollment fees, and no exit penalties. Members can pause or cancel at any time directly from their account. We believe serious health care should feel calm, considered, and personal. That standard guides every part of the experience.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They do not provide the support they say they will. The patient portal does NOT contain the support and messaging it promises. When you reach out for support, they repeat the same phrases over and over without actually helping you. After numerous emails and phone calls where my problems were NOT addressed (not being able to schedule with a provider, not being able to access messaging on the portal, not being able to request refills, et c), I was told by the representative she had someone to connect me to for me to discuss a prorated refund. The phone went completely quiet, but I waited. Then after a few minutes I got the end of call survey without actually being connected with someone.
