A tyre with a DOT from April 2024 is generally not specifically indicated on the site when it is under 36 months old. When stored correctly, a tyre keeps its qualities for several years.

I wasn't so sure about ordering such an expensive set of tire plus a spare wheel & tire but the tires arrived with in the stated time if delivery tires had an up to date DOT date & the contractor l was out in touch with to fit them was very professional & he actually recommended the tires l chose when l phoned to be sure he would fit them before ordering.

Regarding DOT: we indicate it on our site when a tyre is older than 36 months. If you believe the information shown at the time of purchase was unclear or missing, our after-sales team can check the order details and advise on the appropriate solution.
For packaging and delivery quality, we’re sorry if the tyres arrived in less-than-ideal condition. If you can share your order number and photos (DOT + packaging), please open a ticket via your customer area so our team can investigate and follow up with the carrier if needed.

Rim missing
I ordered 4 rims 3 of them arrived at a good condition but 1 of them was missing.I contact the support and they did a claim with Dpd for the missing rim they said they cant send me a new one and they need to wait so i can get my refund for the missing rim.2 months have passed and they keep delaying saying there isn't an update on the matter and probably not gonna get a refund
In my opinion dont order from them they are just gonna get you your money.And they deleted my negative review in their website
