I placed an order with ElastikaLeader on January 7th for four car tires and paid in full. The tires arrived on January 16th, but instead of four, I only received three. I immediately contacted their customer service, providing photo evidence of the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear proof, as of February 5th, the problem remains unresolved.

The lack of communication and failure to correct their mistake in a timely manner is unacceptable. A company dealing with essential car parts should prioritize reliability and customer satisfaction, but my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend ElastikaLeader based on this experience.

Then you should educate your customer support to be more helpful - below this is the message they send me after taking 4 days to respond to my question for providing me with help on returning the tyres - the message is mentioning something illegal and sounds like a threat

Products must be returned at your own expense and received at the original warehouse within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1/ You must place the return form as an attachment to your package.
2/ You must send us the tracking number of your package.
3/ If the items were delivered with packaging then they must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, the refund will be rejected.
4/ Returned items must be in perfect condition. If the items are damaged, the refund will be rejected.

The delay in obtaining a refund is in the range of 1 to 2 weeks. We will refund you using the same payment method as the purchase.

What happens if the return is rejected?
We inform you that we cannot compensate you and state the reason. In this case, we will store the items for 30 days. You can collect the items upon request (delivery is at your own expense). After the 30-day period, the items will be destroyed.

It’s 15 days since my order and I haven’t received the tires. They are held by GLS since 10 days ago with no plans on delivering them anytime soon. It’s not your fault directly but you are responsible for choosing GLS as your delivery service. They are by far the worse. All I can do is wait and hope that GLS don’t mess up my order any further, like deliver the wrong set of tires, lose them, deliver them to a different address etc - these have happened before with other items and orders.

the tires arrived at the store you have partnerships with. the tires when I visually checked them seemed to be in very good condition. The only thing I didn't like and it was a disadvantage was that on your website where I chose the store it said that the installation would be 15 euros when I went to the store (on 12/13/24) the price they gave me for the installation was 60 euros you understand that the difference was quite large and expensive

Stay away from this tyre provider. I order 4 tyres and I receive 3. The support team is the worst that exist. They answer the mails after 2-3 working days. I explain to my bank the situation and I refund the money like this. 0 star rating and disappointed. Trust your local providers and not this scam site

Great price and the site was easy to navigate for someone like me with 0 experience in ordering tyres

Don't buy from them. You pay your money based on their "Terms of payment and shipping” to deliver within 10-12 working days. After 13 days they "inform" you that order will take an other 15 days + to be delivered to you. It is a totally unprofessional site and service and they do not care about the customer. I asked them to return payment and proceeded with and other store.

Very large range of products, car/model specific. Product exactly as described, Shipping as scheduled, no delays at all.

Do not buy from this site.
After 10 days they shipped a wrong tyre.
I ordered 1 winter tyre and they sent me a summer one.
Their WhatsApp and Messenger "support" functions are just a non supportive BOT saying that they will contact you.
Their support form on their site, when you upload the relevant pics and docs of their mistake on delivery, it simple doesn't do anything. You press to continue and it does not upload or process the documents and pics.
Scam or simple a fully unreliable BOT business working with faulty AI.

Worst business ever. They stole 180euro for 1 tyre which worth 70 euro and it doesn't fit my car either.
