They make excuses not to deliver the material
fourteen days after placing the order I still have not received the material; they give the excuse that the courier they chose cannot find the address and they blame me for having given the wrong address; despite the postcode, the municipality of reference, the property to be delivered and the copy of the PPC contract which confirms the correct address, I cannot get information on when I will receive the material

When I ordered the tires I had contact with customer service. They informed me that the 2 tires that I've ordered will arrive to my adress in 3 or 4 days. I believed that. I received the tires after 14 days. I was not in the adress that time so I bought 2 tires that now I cannot use them. I will not order again.. 3 or 4 days are more more than 14 days. Bad experience. I gave 600 euro and I have to sell them.i won't buy again. Bad experience. Also I won't recommend this website again to nobody.

Was sceptical at first, no human interaction BUT...
I couldnt find a single human to interact with this company. It seems to be a huge retailer/wholesale warehouse in Europe that has several secondary sites used for local sales management in each country. I was frightened by the negative reviews but to my surprise in just 5 days my tires came from abroad and they where as fresh as they could get DOT 5/23 and the order was made 18/10/23
