Legit SCAM.
The Shop is closed and there is foil on the Windows and Not the Type of „noone should Look inside“ Kinde rather the Kind of renovation or closed Kind of foil, could also be old newspapers.

thank you for your feedback, even though we feel it is a little unfair.

The exterior you described (covered windows, limited visibility from outside) is in fact exactly how the club is shown in the video and instructions we provided prior to your visit. This is standard for these locations in Spain.

We have had multiple clients visit the same club both shortly before and after your visit without any issues. In most cases, access is granted by simply ringing the bell and following the provided and very detailed instructions.

We regret that this led to a frustrating experience for you. In situations like this, we always recommend contacting our customer support directly so we can assist in real time and avoid misunderstandings. Unfortunately you never gave us any chance to help you before deciding to write this review. Our two emails afterward also remained unanswered to this day.

The service at Circulo was great

The service at Circulo was great! Great people great vibe.

I was disappointed because I thought I was arriving at El Capitan and after fast check-in I had to walk another 5 blocks to another social club. I'm sorry but it was not clear that you are not a real social club but a connector of clubs. Thank you! Honestly and warm,

We would like to clarify that we are not a physical social club, but a platform that connects clients with partner clubs. This is stated on our website and also explained in the instructions sent prior to your visit, including the exact location and exact process to follow.

We are not sure from where you started walking to the club we provided you the contact to, but we’re pleased that everything worked smoothly in your case and that you were able to access the club with our introduction without any issues. Maybe you could be so nice as to overthink if a 1-star review is really adequate in this situation.

That said, we’re sorry to hear that the before mentioned aspect was not clear to you, and we will continue working to make the process even more transparent for future clients.

Paid online for entrance

Paid online for entrance, when we got there it looked closed, no response to ringing the doorbell.
We saw someone walking, shouted, got sent around the back only to hear no one could help us and we should return later.
Emaild for a refund, got a reply that this was possible, no refund so far.

Since we are not directly affiliated with all the different social clubs, we cannot oversee their communication. Some clubs don’t respond to emails because they have limited staff and focus on their daily operations. That said, it is also absolutely not necessary for every potential member to get in touch with a club before visiting.

We announce your visit to the club, and you can simply go there during the provided hours and speak with them to proceed with the next steps. You are welcome to rate the club on our platform, but please rate US here on Trustpilot — not the club.

We kindly ask that you rate us based on your experience with our service and support — which you have not contacted so far.

We are now trying to reach out to you to understand what exactly went wrong. Please also check your spam folder over the next few days in case you didn’t receive an email from us, so we can sort things out. :-)
