Order not arrived Manchester United shirt…
I ordered a Manchester United shirt (92/94) on 27/12/23, three weeks ago today. I paid for the shirt in full £175 and have still not received it. I received confirmation of the order but have had no shipping confirmation.
I have contacted them by email on 4 occasions and have yet to receive a reply and have also tried contacting them via their online chat. I have also received emails reminding me to leave feedback!!

Joke of a company
I placed an order with this useless company on December 29th and it is now march 28th and I am yet to receive my order or money back, I have tried multiple times to get in touch to no avail. I feel as though I am getting ignored. I really was looking forward to receiving my item, but what a joke this process has been. Definitely don't recommend anyone wasting there money here.

Terrible communication
Shirt arrived, and though it’s nice quality- it’s too big. Numerous emails to try and exchange/return, and all ignored. No good having decent products and awful customer service

Still waiting for T-shirt to arrive
Still waiting for T-shirt to arrive , 3 weeks after ordering amd money taken from my bank . Also poor communication. Won’t order again .

We are really sorry your shirt has not arrived. It was sent via. Royal Mail on 20th April and you should have received an email with tracking details the same day.
We have checked your tracking details and both Royal Mail and Deutsche post confirm the parcel as delivered 28.04.22. Please check your tracking and contact Deutsche post and come back to us if not at a local office or neighbour
