Estee Lauder not honouring its loyalty program

I am a monthly purchaser of this companies skin care products which I love.

Estée Lauder had a 20% discount promo that they automatically applied to orders.

Despite me being at “Be Envied” level of loyalty points, not choosing the 20% offer (as it was automatically applied by EL and consumer was unable to remove it), and spending a lot of money on said order, I didn’t get any free samples as promised.
I didn’t receive the 30ml size of multi effect resilience face and neck cream, even though I applied this successfully online. Both of these were promised as I’d reached highest level on the elist program.

I didn’t receive the eye products it offered automatically after spending £90 either.

They are now sending me the samples from the“firm” offer they are currently running, but not the the elist loyalty gift of the full size multi resilience face cream I asked for! I would have preferred that to the 20% off but wasn’t given the choice. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with the elist program and the one gift you can choose with each order.

I’m a regular customer and this program doesn’t work as this is the second time this has happened. Not a happy consumer …
