Warning: No deliveries, no response, no refund
I decided to give them a go because I liked the idea of a closed-loop ecosystem for water delivery, which is how they market themselves. Unfortunately, it’s either a scam or they simply can’t manage their teething problems.
The first case was delivered, albeit a couple of days late. The next two, which I had subscribed to and was charged for, never arrived - at which point I cancelled my weekly subscription. Tellingly, there’s no way to contact them other than an email address on their website, and they simply don’t respond to it. I still haven’t received a refund.
