Great product
OMG what a great product, I bought the elecbrake because it was going to be too difficult to put regular brake system onto my Volvo, this is a game changer for everyone who wishes to tow. I’ve been using it for three weeks now and not a problem with it.

Very pleased
Very pleased, I had some setup questions which were answered quickly and professionally by both email and phone.
I love the CarPlay integration my only disappointment is that it cannot run alongside Maps. It must be one or the other.
So far I have only done a test drive.!

The unit itself is great but
The unit itself is great, works well and is easy to set up on the phone. The information given about installing the unit to the float could provide more details. Twice I had the cables pulled out from my car. The second time they pulled out of the car and the unit and were lying on the road, luckily i found it but it was not functioning. When I contacted ElecBrakes to advise I was told I had to buy another cable. I was then given more information about installing the unit and cable to my float. This additional information should be provided to everyone. I had to drive a 10hr trip home with no working brakes!

Value for money
Easy to install, works like a charm.
Note that although the Bluetooth app on the phone needs to be running, it can run in the back or foreground without issues and android auto works as per usual as well, yay.

Very easy to install
Very easy to install. Supplied self tapping screws were difficult to get to penetrate the steel of my drawbar so only have 3 in but still good. App connects to unit without any hassles.
