IT HAS BEEN OF CONSIDERABLE COMFORT TO ME

My issue was extreme pain in the Sacroiliac joint and I decided to try the Electrapy unit, despite many negative reviews. My initial impression was that the unit is superbly engineered, with a unique method of attaching the pad to the skin. It took 2 or 3 days to notice an improvement in the level of pain and although I cannot say that it has totally cured my problem, it has given me an increasing measure of relief, to the point where the stabbing pain has totally disappeared and I now have a tolerable level of discomfort. For the many dissenters who have left extremely negative reports, I can only assume that they have either not understood or followed the instructions correctly. In that regard, I feel that the instructions provided could be improved. In summary, I recommend the product unreservedly.

Don't Buy

It didn't work. Emailed them right away wanting to return it. Instead they send me an instruction manual and wanted me to send them a video showing them how it wouldn't work. That's not how reputable companies work. A complete waste of money from a company that shouldn't be in business in the UK.

Where do I reorder patches?!!!!!

I can't find anywhere on the website to get new patches. I wanted to go direct to the manufacturer and buy the orginal type of patch, not a knock-off but it appears you can't buy just patches but would have to buy the whole machine again. Frustrating. Appalling customer care.

Rubbish product and customer service…

Rubbish product and customer service non existent. Totally agree it was a complete waste of money and I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the wretched thing. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it nothing.

Totally useless couldn't get it to work…

Totally useless couldn't get it to work properly. Needed to use for lower back pain but unless you have someone else to press the buttons to operate it is impossible to use. Very flimsy and cheap looking. A complete rip off even at "half price (??)" I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before I ordered it. Gone in the bin as I don't even want a replacement under the warranty, cheap mass produced rubbish. You live x learn!!

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! Bought one a couple of years ago. Within a week vibration stopped although lights kept flashing. After much rigmarole with their so called customer service in China(?) was sent another one for nothing! Pretty much the same outcome and if you wanted to return for a refund you’d have to pay postage to China. Useless instructions too. Zero stars.

Got branded device as a gift!

We were given the branded Electrapy as a Christmas gift. Neither of us has severe problems but we both have issues - sore ankle, sore knee, sore shoulder, sore neck. Not all the time but often enough to be disruptive. We have both used it over the past seven months and can genuinely say we have felt the benefit. If we persist and use it each day for a session morning and night, the pain diminishes enormously and stays away for quite a while. It does not claim to be a total solution to pain problems, but it really has helped. We think it is well worth a try!

Waste of money and unreliable product

I bought two of these massage units and both stopped working after a very short period of use. As a electronics engineer (retired) I suspect that the batteries have stopped charging properly and have tried to find a way of replacing them without success. So they are both for the dustbin and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy them. Waste of money.

Overpriced, Cheap Plastic Flashing Light Gimmic

There seem to be a lot of 'positive' reviews on other forums about the Muscle Pain Relief Device. But I should have looked at the trusted Trust Pilot First. It's entirely useless and doesn't work. Lots of flashing lights that initially fool you, but that's it. If it worked, appears that the 'sticky patches' (more cost) would likely need replacing frequently. Sure bought without the usual considerations in desperation that a new pain relief device was on the market. I would strongly suggest you don't make the same mistake. Based on other reviews appears pointless contacting supplier, so have put it down to a lesson learned.

The product seems to be versatile but…

The product seems to be versatile but simply stopped working after 3 weeks. The Electrapyshop website does not exist and it's impossible to ask for an exchange to see if this was a defective model or ask for a refund. Either way, it's just not worth the money. Such a shame.

Excellent unit

I ordered before finding these reviews so I was concerned. After using two of the electrapy units daily for two weeks, I am happy to say, no issues, both work great and do what they say. Only slightly negative is that I do need to use two on my back as I thought the unit was larger, but that's probably my fault for not reading the specs on the unit. Single unit is great for my knees and shoulder. Overall, I am really happy with these.

Absolute Rubbish!!

Received this item - used as per instructions - did not work. Requested refund but item was replaced instead. This also did not work. Completely frustrated with customer service who asked for video evidence. Gave up in the end - a very bad show. I would give this product zero stars, but I cannot remove the single star.
