The facility left a remarkable impression with its outstanding dedication and spirited approach! Emma and Sufri's enthusiasm was truly contagious, making the experience delightful. Watching the recycling process unfold before me was reassuring and comforting.

Excellent service. Well explained legals etc as well. Liam Oudnie was and is very helpful indeed. The cost is pretty good as well.
The only minor point would be that the collections tend to come whenever it suits them rather than when we have requested. the drivers are very pleasant however.

I'm very satified with an effort EWRG team is putting in to their work. They're really customer focus, if there is an issue they immediately picking up and solve it. However, I had to be disappointed several times because their driver's did not arrive at the agreed time and sometimes we had to wait for another week. But I think they're learning quickly from their mistakes and does everything to keep customer happy!

EWRG provide a helpful service with the staff being approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, from when I raise an initial request to the end process. If EWRG spot an issue with my request they will contact me to advise and assist in rectifying the problem.
The only bug bear I have is the timescale frame from when they receive the request, which is a 6 day turnaround, 9/10 this doesn't fit in with ISS SLA's

We recently procured the services of EWRG to complete a number of collections on behalf of a key client. The service was excellent as always and once again was completed compliantly with appropriate certification provided. In particular the client liked the way in which the materials (batteries and other data items) had to be containerised to ensure a safe collection from a busy head office location.
