21 YEARS OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTS
Guernsey Electricity the only company that is owned by the people of guernsey and run by the states of guernsey on are be half but when it comes down to the customer service we all had 21 years of bad customer service and yet when you complain they refused to do any thing about it all we have seen is high prices and poorer services plus we are used as a cash cow benefit there pocket and when it comes to the regulator we are failed and what a joke trading standards both do not fine Guernsey Electricity as they don't want any one from out side the islands to know how bad we are ill treated and show no respected to there customers they have removed the complaint system so we can not complain and bout the way we are treated and refuse to reply to are emails i know as I have had it done to me the states need to be put back in the hands of us to improv its services but that wont happen we are failed this is the worst Electricity company in Britain who fails its customers it is August 31st 2021 and still had no bill from them last bill I had was 9th of march 2021 and still can not get any sense out of them due to there billing system that they took down the old one and put up a new one but it don't work so we must have to put up with a broken down billing system where is the regulator that is meant to be looking after consumers when i phoned them they told me they are a where of it but have done nothing about it or fined them on poor customer service/billing system
