Great technical support and functionality

EM were very helpful in setting up my domestic charger even though the model was not one they supported initially. It's also one of the few products that work with variable energy tariffs. Would recommend

Excellent response to issues.

Excellent response to issues charging my EV, on a couple of occasions the app failed to automatically initiate charging. I contacted Electric Miles recounting the problem which resulted in them updating the firmware and profile of the charger and now it works as it should.

Great service and easy to use

Been using Electric Miles for a couple of years now. Started off with a plug-in hybrid and the ease of use and convenience helped in my decision to move to a full EV. 5 stars.

Great app

This app made my home charger, Project EV, charging experience much better. The standard app from Project EV was very unreliable. This app makes smart charging easy and reliable! Keep up the good work! Thanks

Has potential,but..

The Electric Miles app has potential but is let down by inconsistent messaging and reliability issues. Scheduled charges often disappear, especially after even the smallest network dropout, meaning if the connection drops for just a few seconds the app can lose all charging schedules. This makes it unreliable for those expecting consistent overnight or tariff-based charging.
The user interface has confusing messaging, after starting a boost charge the app reports that charging has been stopped by the vehicle even though the charge was successful.
I’ve reported these issues to the support team, however they are slow to respond and when they do it’s a copy and paste message from the FAQ’s.
Overall the experience feels unstable despite the good concept behind it.
I hope these issues are ironed out in a newer version of the App.

Satisfied and happy customer

Been using Electric miles for 3 months now. Although app is quite simple, admittedly I faced few small issues but the team guided me through it promptly. Since then it has been a positive experience overall. Allows to choose best time for charging based on load distribution and best price. Can’t get any simpler and efficient. Happy customer, highly recommend.

Great Service and Easy to Use!

Electric Miles has been a great experience for me. The app is simple, clear, and very easy to use. It helps me charge my vehicle at the best times and saves me money on my energy bills. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and would definitely recommend Electric Miles to others.

Electric miles substandard App v's Project EV app but…

Previously using Project EV app but they said they are no longer supporting and to switch to Electric Miles.
Usability is very poor by comparison. now my device has disappeared from the app, when I try to reinstall it tells me my device is already registered and to contact the administrator, I log in to be told I'm blocked as wrong password, go to reset password and that's locked out too! how are you supposed to raise a ticket to have something fixed when you can only raise a ticket by being logged in! I can't log in, so frustrating!
Only allowing 3 charging rate settings is also very poor, I want to balance what I generate and use from my solar and could do this with the old Project EV app very easily. I want to limit the max charge rate to 28 amps not the max 32 or 16.
Just go back to the old app! it was so much better!!

Not an upgrade from our chargers old app.

We have a Project Ev Charger which used to have its own really good app which was easy to use and stored all of our charging data. We didn't have to log in every time we used it and the user help was always very good. They then passed this service on to Electric Miles, Who only store 3 months of data, which is really annoying if you have a commercial vehicle and need to send data to your accountant every year, as you have to keep remembering to down load it every 3 months or otherwise is lost forever and not retrievable by electric miles at all. You also have to log in every time you open the app, because..why? We got no response to the last email we sent asking for help. So not impressed so far. It may even drive us away from Project Ev for our next charger, even though they have always given us excellent customer care.

Absolutely useless app

Absolutely useless app. Keeps throwing me out, forgetting my charger, won't allow me to connect manually etc etc. Not the first time either. Terrible service

Electric Miles - piece of junk.

I was advised to upgrade from project EV to Electric Miles App.
It's fine when it works but when it doesn't it won't allow me to enter passwords for WiFi for instance and can't find my charger. Emailing or adding a ticket through the online form has produced zero response form the company. If fewer than one stars were possible I'd give that. Stick with your old app is my advice!
