Absolutely excellent customer service and support from the point of order through to despatch and tracking of delivery.
Quick response to any questions and queries. Would not hesitate to recommend this supplier. Nick went above and beyond my expectations.

This company deserve to do well

This company deserve to do well , they are very helpful even if you have not signed up to any mailing list .
i sent a email question which was quite in depth about storage radiators .
Within 30minutes i had a very comprehensive reply from Nick which covered my questions completely

No item delivered and no update received

I ordered an extractor fan that was time sensitive and was expected to arrive within 2 days. One week later, no item and no updates received. Very poor customer service. Funds have been taken so I will be following up formally.

Ben at Greenwich is amazing

I ordered a number of Astro lights and whilst they had to be ordered in and sourced from other branches I was able to call you and speak EP and have clear timings explained. They took responsibility and accountability and understood my need to have these received quickly.

Collecting these there was a manufacturer issue with one and items missing. Ben at Greenwich owned this and overnight pulled it out of the bag and got them to me early the next morning. Called me to let me know they were coming.

Exceptional service compared to the faceless websites out there. Will use again thank you Ben and team.

You're absolutely right—we fell short of our promise. While your items showed as "IN STOCK," the stock was held at different branch locations, which caused the problem, and it should not have happened on this product type. We should have communicated this much more clearly and proactively on the day you placed your order.

Your order is due to be delivered today, on day 5 instead of our promised 2-3 days, and I understand how disappointing this was, especially given the lack of transparency.

We're reviewing our stock visibility system and communication protocols to prevent this from happening again.

Our Customer Services Manager, Matt Leicester, will reach out to you directly today to ensure we put this right for you.

Again, my sincere apologies.

Did not receive all the items I paid…

Did not receive all the items I paid for. I emailed them back in November and also called. I was told the missing items were on back order and would be sent out. Two months later, still nothing and no follow-up. This feels like a scam.

Received a damaged Panel heater

Received a damaged Panel heater, raised issue, free returned but they sent us back same damaged panel heater which was repaired but not 100%

"Next day delivery" never dispatched.

Electricpoint advertises next delivery, so I ordered some time sensitive items from them and followed up with an email to confirm that they would indeed be delivered next working day. Promisingly, I received a reply confirming that they would be. Three days later, no delivery, no updates, and the order is still marked as "processing". Massive waste of time, will avoid in future.

There was a shortage in our warehouse which unfortunately delayed dispatch. As the order still fell within the 2–3 working day delivery window advertised at the time, no further action was taken. That said, your request for next-day delivery should have been clearly noted on the order — had it been flagged, the delay would have been picked up and communicated to you.

Had great customer service experience

Ordered a bathroom fan, which was delivered quickly. There was a problem with the product. Called customer service. They arranged a way for me to get a new product sent out immediately while the return was being processed. Can't fault them.

Excellent Customer Service

I placed an online order mainly because the price of the goods I wanted was very competitive. One item was out of stock at the time but all credit to Nick in customer services for getting that sorted and despatched to me in double-quick time.

Great company.

Very clear information regarding the delivery of the storage heater. Ordering straightforward and arrived within the week. When I contacted Electricpoint regarding the serial number I had a reply within 2 hours even though it was later Friday afternoon.

Poor Comms

Updated: Updated 11 DEC. Company finally got in contact and sent me my £45 order without any further issues. Took 2.5 weeks but it was the lack of comms that was more scary. Added a star for finally delivering.
