Only fault
Only fault was ,I received a phone call to say parcel would not be delivered on the day I expected ,and it would now be delivered next day, as I had stayed home for delivery was away to go out and knock on door your parcel is here, only problem that could have been was if I had not been there I do now what would have happened, so it was only a small problem so that is why I only gave 4 stars.

Effective and easy to install
The 5 radiators and 2 heated towel rails I bought all work well and were easy to install myself. The app is easy to use, although the towel rails didn't add themselves, or synchronise with my GoogleHome app, as simply as the radiators did. One agreed delivery date was missed, but the carrier sorted this out satisfactorily.

Good radiators, great supplier!
The 5 radiators and 2 towel rails I've so far bought seem to be really high quality. The 5 I've fitted myself so far have been easy to mount, and with clear instructions. I had to substitute longer bolts and wall plugs for the ones supplied. With the aid of wood blocks it was possible to hang the largest rads on the supplied brackets single-handed. Connection to my IoT and GoogleHome network was the simplest I've ever experienced. The weather is yet to get cold but I think they'll be a good investment.
Ordering, communication and delivery from ERS was a simple and efficient experience.

My main bedroom was always too cold to…
My main bedroom was always too cold to sleep in being north facing and having 3 external walls, even central heating didnt warm it up enough, the panel heater only needs to go on for an hour amd the room is so warm and cozy. I wasnt happy with DPD delivery though as the driver delivered it 50 houses away, luckily my gardener collected it for me
