Got my money back eventually.

I start off with attempting to contact them regarding buying a upgraded BBSHD controller. The time to return my contact took very long 4-5 days from memory, but finally when I got the reply I was offered trade pricing as I was hoping (We're a bike mechanic business and we were suggesting Electrified can supply us when we need high power controllers). We ordered the controller and when it showed up there seemed to be a dodgy seal on the back, the silicone type product used for waterproofing was flaking off. We sent it back which the seller approved and that's when the issues started. Firstly the seller said it wasn't their fault about the issue and wouldn't refund us the freight cost to return it. Weeks rolled by and we had no unit. Finally we get a reply after a month saying that there is the death of a family member and that it will go in a weeks time. 2 weeks goes by and still no product. I contact again and it was promised that it will ship the following day. Well that was 3-4 weeks ago and the seller [Name Removed] has stopped replying to calls, text and email. I went in to the listed address in Thomastown and there's no answer and no indication of the business or any business existing there. Feeling totally scammed. Lies and more lies. Item was received by the company at the end of August and it is now 7th November.

DECEMBER UPDATE: I have received all the money that I spent back. I contacted the seller on a Facebook post and someone responded. The seller is having major health issues and someone is handling matters for him, hence the refund. I have added one star to my review in light of this, but I still had a terrible experience and had to use all avenues to get my money back. At this point in time all buyers should proceed with great caution until this business is legitimately running again.

After searching all over the internet and contacting e-bike store after e-bike store in Adelaide and Melbourne I finally came across ELECTRIFIED, this buisness is 100 percent without doubt the most helpful proffesional and passionate.
I will never use any other e-bike shop this guy is an absolute gun,his knowledge is amazing and he goes out if his way to help his customers.

I bought an E Moped (CHINESE) from an Australian dealer with lots of trouble, even a fire, did my head in trying to sort it out through warranty and in the end took drastic action. Then found ELECTRIFIED Robert Simonoski this guy saved my sanity and belief in "E" for electric motion and "S" in service. I live in Western Australia but Rob went to work, let me cry on his shoulder, and then went to work sending what he thought I needed, I was happy but Rob wasn't, so he sent another lot that has made me even happier. The attention to satisfaction and detail is beyond belief. A wonderful experience for me.

Higly skilled, knowledgeable, busy

The guys at Electrified seem to be pretty busy - being self employed I know what it takes to not answer your phone anymore...
I messaged via SMS, so the reply could happen at their terms - it happened, surprisingly on a Sunday - when less involved busy people would look after their own affairs.
- their help was not only free of charge, the expertise stands out and above.
When skilled workers are busy looking after other customers, I wouldn't (and can't) expect them to look after me instead - but after. They do look after you, go the extra mile - and successfully too!
Straight forward expertise,, answers to questions nobody else seems to have an answer for - I'm a happy customer and highly recommend them!

Hello ??????????????????????????

I have phoned left voicemail, emailed, used the chat channel on the website, and used the Shop app channel but not getting any answers on delivery date. This site is last resort for the best. In reading these reviews it looks like there is a similar issue with other purchasers although I am wishing i had seen this website's reviews of electrified before i ordered my 48v triangle battery. I have ordered a BBSHD ECU upgrade before and it arrived so i thought this was a safe purchase. I ordered this battery to use on multiple bikes but I don't want to wait indefinitely.
How hard is it to pick up the phone or answer an email ?

As soon as they get the money, there is no more response to emails. My package was supposed to depart 1.st december but nothing happened since then.

!! BEWARE !!

It's either a scam site or ceased operations and continues to take orders from unsuspecting customers like me. I must be refunded my payment as soon as possible.
Edit: On 13.01.2024, after 5 months of waiting, I have finally received - the wrong item!
Think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Faulty battery burned my garage out

Definitely avoid these guys. Bought a replacement battery for my ebike, 2nd time on charge caught fire and burned the garage out ! Could have quite easily burned the house down. No response from Electrified. Don't risk it !!

Paid over $2k - Battery finally turned up - nearly burnt my house down!

Paid over $2k - Battery finally turned up and was arcing when moved around, I had to cut it apart and dismantle it to stop it from catching fire - BUYER BEWARE
Unless you like misery, do not purchase from Rob, electrified.com.au. he will take your money and not deliver for months. he never answers his phone and is impossible to get a hold of. I ordered in Dec 22, it didn't turn up till may, and then it nearly exploded. after making it safe it was clear poor workmanship was to blame. get in contact with me and I will send you photos.

Allow me to present the evidence, backed by tracking numbers, to debunk the claims made against me. Firstly, the tracking number SNDNDK3 you received for Sendle. However, upon your notification on May 23rd that the battery hadn't arrived, I took immediate action. I lodged an investigation with Sendle to determine the whereabouts of the package. To my surprise, on May 24th, we received a delivery notification from Auspost, not Sendle. It turns out there was a duplication error in the shipment, which I take full responsibility for.

Now, let's address your assertion of not receiving the battery. I have undeniable proof that you indeed received it on May 24th at 12:55 pm. It's clear who the real scammer is in this situation. I've done everything correctly, but it seems you're determined to twist the truth to suit your agenda.

Totally recommend Electrified for BBHSD…

Totally recommend Electrified for BBHSD upgrades .Heaps of aftermarket options available on website. As I didn’t know much about Bafang upgrades I peppered staff with questions and got exactly what I was after in the Frankenrunner controller .
My bike pulls about twice as hard and motor revs out to not have to change out of second gear all on 48v.
As I am in Melbourne I was able to have the system installed by electrified . Professional service by qualified electricians.
Looking forward to my 72v battery upgrade from Electrified .

Never got the kit after 3 months.

(Posted on productreview.com.au as well) I ordered a cyclone 3kw kit. My email was on the invoice and I put my shipping address in the emails from sales at electrified. After 3 months the kit never arrived so I applied for a transaction dispute through my bank and they got my money back.

Good communication and very helpful when I needed a different connector than the battery was equipped with as standard. Very solid battery, the bike feels much more lively and I have not managed to run it down yet despite some long trips!
